Checks all your vacation needs

Our stay was perfect , perfect location , house , view and comfort . 5/5 Everytime we plan a trip to PCB this is the only place we try to lock down . Will be back later this year . Sonya is an amazing host with a beautiful home.

Excellent house, patio and View

A girls weekend and this house was perfect for us. The patio is the crown jewel of this place. The sunrises and sunsets were beautiful. A short walk to the beach. Down a few stairs, over the sand dune and you are on the beach. The beach was never crowded because you are north of the pier. It was fantastic.

Amazing rental

Beautiful property with sea right outside your back door. We couldn’t have asked for a better location. Close enough to the pier but not so close that you had to deal with the crowded beach.

I titled this review perfect! Perfect house- so comfortable and roomy. Perfect location on Panama City Beach- not crowded. We had the best time and were so sad to leave.

Wonderful Home

Our stay was amazing , the location of this amazing home , the perfect view and access to the beach right off of the deck , Sonya was completely amazing and made our stay a breeze . 10/10 would recommend and we will definitely be staying at this lovely home again every time we plan a trip to Panama City Beach if available !

Just the facts

Pros: the view and beach are beautiful. Sonya is very responsive. Cons: this property needs A LOT of maintenance and generalized upkeep. Just a few: the kitchen cabinets have old grime on them, the floors felt filthy and turned our feet black (we are from Florida and are used to being bare foot but this was filth, not beach house sand), there was old hair ball in the master shower and I showered in flip flops because I was grossed out, many of the provided beach towels Had holes in them and ALL of the beach chairs are rusted though. The condition of this listing made it challenging to relax and enjoy ourselves.

Great property, excellent location

My wife and I had a great time staying in this unit with our kids. Sonya was very helpful when we needed anything. The location of this unit is perfect for families with kids, was on a nice quiet beach.

Sunset Grace is a great place to stay. Close to all the attractions and have an amazing views.

I would definitely come back here to Sunset Grace. This home had everything we needed and plus more. I really lived this home.

Beautiful place and description is right.

Great place. The deck out back is the cherry on top. Only complaint is the cameras they have? Don’t really like the idea of being watched of course. Parking up front is tight but usually due to the other units.

Relaxing beachfront condo

Our famiy of 6 stayed here for 4 nights. Communication is quick and easy with the owner, and we didn't have any surprises. The back deck, overlooking the ocean, is really fantastic. The retractable awning is pretty awesome for those hot sunny days. The beach wasn't overly crowded since this little area isn't full of highrise condos, and we were there the first week of July. Everything was clean, and there is a grocery store conveniently nearby. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Great spot!

The location is fantastic. It is away from a lot of the touristy stuff but close enough to get whatever you want. Because of this the beach was not crowded at all. You can just come in and out as you please. All the amenities give it the comfort of home. Only have one negative comment. The decks are great but there is no lighting so we couldnt sit out there at night. Just a few lights would really make it awesome.

Wonderful!

We had a marvelous time with the sand only steps from the back door! We enjoyed grilling out, using the fire pit, spending most of our time out on the beautiful white sand beach. The house was clean and comfortable! Having coffee out on the deck with the ocean sound and nice breeze was awesome. Very private and true on the beach feel. I would definitely come again.

What a view!

Perfect location right on the beach, you literally walk off the back deck over the dunes and you’re there! View was amazing. I loved the back deck, furniture was very comfortable. It’s partially covered and also has a retractable awning to cover the rest of the deck when needed. I cook when we’re on vacation so I was happy to see there were plenty of pots and pans and utensils. Living room furniture was also very comfortable as well as the mattresses. Sonya is very easy to reach and property was extremely clean. Loved it!

Spectacular Week at the Beach

We had a wonderful stay at Sonya's place on Panama City Beach. You have to walk mere steps to the water. Fantastic location. We spent every evening on the deck watching spectacular sunsets. We cooked every meal at home. Everything was super clean. Sonya is a great host. A perfect week at the beach for us "collecting memories not things."

The stay was great we all had a great time and enjoyed the stay. The only flaw I had was the host waited until the day I left and was already 4hrs into the trip to let me know she needed a contact signed and a copy of my drivers license. I took care of it on the road and everything went great after that.

Beachfront!

A beachfront townhouse or house is the best, and this one did not disappoint! The ease of parking directly in front of the townhouse and walking out onto the beach from our private deck cannot be beat. The house was as described and very nice! The balcony and deck were wonderful! When not on the beach, we were on the deck enjoying the views and waves crashing. The beach was practically our own private area. Sonya was easy to communicate with and check-in was no problem. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful Experience

I cannot express enough how great of an experience the Sunset Grace was. Sonya was very easy to communicate with and was always very responsive. The location was conducive to shops and restaurants while not being crowded. The house was immaculate and very easy for older family members to walk down a few steps and be right at the beach. If I could give this location 10 stars I totally would, would defiantly recommend to all.

Beautiful stay!

It was such a treat staying right on the beach. It was perfect for small children to be able to come and go from the beach, to the house as we pleased. The shower leading up to the house and the hose on the back porch was perfect for getting rid of all the inevitable sand. We spent a large portion of our stay on the spacious back porch enjoying the beautiful view. We were right across the street from a local ice cream shop and Boba Tea. Win Dixie was right around the corner and we had a beautiful run to the Famous Thomas Donuts. We had everything we needed including a Keurig, coffee pot, gas grill, floats, beach chairs, and even umbrellas. Sonya was so hospitable and available for all questions. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to booking again in the future. Our little family had such a beautiful stay! Thank you Sonya!

Beach front property

The first three days were great until people came to stay at the properties on either side of us. They both had dogs, that they did not control and smoked nonstop. Hated that I could no longer leave the doors open to hear the sounds of the ocean due to the smoke smell, dogs barking and construction noise. We ended up checking out early due to the smells and noise. I just want people to know when you rent this property it is in the middle of a group of other properties. The views are great but you are right on top of each other.
