Taking a walk through the neighborhood will allow you to take in 4 mountain ranges while you get your steps in.

The home is welcoming and warm with skylights and an open layout. Cook up a storm in the well stocked kitchen featuring a double oven, cooktop and dishwasher. Grab a Nespresso and chat at the breakfast bar or enjoy meals at the 6 seat dining table. If you prefer a tea, the perfect temp hot water kettle will keep you well caffeinated. All manner of plates, bowls, silverware, glasses, mugs, cooking utensils, pots and pans and baking equipment are included.

The living room features a 65" smart TV with soundbar for all your viewing needs along and get cozy in the comfortable Crate and Barrel leather chair, couch and ottoman.

The main bedroom is a retreat in and of itself with a king sized bed and patio door to one of the backyards along with a ceiling fan to keep that air circulating at night. It has an en suite bathroom with bathtub and walk-in shower along with double sinks for those of us that need our space. There is a walk in closet along with a private reading cove for those late night must reads.

The guest bedroom enjoys a Beautyrest queen bed and generous closet space along with a ceiling fan for those warm Tucson nights. The second guest bedroom features an exercise bike, mounted smart TV and queen sized Murphy bed, and, of course, a ceiling fan to get that little extra comfort while sleeping.

Enjoy the pool during the warm summers and the hot tub is the perfect way to end a desert evening. Grab the inner tubes or floating mat to catch some relaxing rays, and don't forget the sunscreen. The hot tub is the perfect way to start or end your Tucson days. As the fall and winter arrive, the desert evenings are just the perfect crisp to soak yourself in the warmth while taking in the views.

The home is located just minutes from the Tucson Loop, the bike trail that will take you throughout Tucson and beyond. We are located minutes from Whole Foods, Walgreens and Safeway. From this jumping off point, Tucson is at your fingertips for all it has to offer. You can be at the top of Mt. Lemon within an hour or hiking in Sabino Canyon in 20 minutes. Love food?
