The Space:

Welcome to Coconut Grove Haven , a peaceful tropical retreat nestled in one of Miami’s most vibrant and historic neighborhoods. This charming home blends modern comfort with laid-back Grove vibes, perfect for families, couples, or business travelers seeking a centrally located getaway.



Inside, you'll find a thoughtfully designed space with stylish furnishings, an open-concept living area, and abundant natural light. The fully equipped kitchen is ideal for cooking at home, while the cozy bedrooms offer plush bedding and serene rest. Step outside to enjoy a private backyard with lush greenery , the perfect spot for morning coffee or a sunset glass of wine. Bedroom 1 has a king bed, bedroom 2 has a full bed, and in the living room we have a brand new sofa bed.



Located on a quiet street just minutes from Coconut Grove’s iconic restaurants, parks, and waterfront, you’re also a short drive from Brickell, Coral Gables, and the beaches.

Whether you’re exploring Miami or staying in to relax, Coconut Grove Haven offers the perfect home base.



Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the entire home, including:



- All bedrooms and bathrooms

- Fully equipped kitchen

- Spacious living and dining areas

- Private backyard and outdoor seating area

- In-home washer and dryer

- Driveway and/or street parking



You’ll enjoy complete privacy throughout your stay, with self-check-in for added convenience.

Whether you're driving or using ride-shares, getting around is simple:



5 minutes to CocoWalk and the heart of Coconut Grove

10 minutes to Coral Gables and Miracle Mile

15 minutes to Brickell and Downtown Miami

20 minutes to South Beach and Miami International Airport

For those without a car, Uber and Lyft are widely available. The Coconut Grove Metrorail station is also nearby, offering a quick and affordable way to explore the city.



Parking is available on-site or on the street, making your stay stress-free and connected.



Other Things to Note:

-Self-check-in is available for your convenience. Check-in details will be provided prior to your arrival.

-Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 6 AM out of respect for our neighbors.

-No parties or events allowed. We want all guests to enjoy a peaceful and relaxing stay.

-Pets Fee $100

-NO Unregistered guests without our approval.

-A starter supply of essentials (toiletries, paper goods, basic kitchen items) is provided, but longer stays may require restocking.

-Security cameras are located on the exterior of the property for your safety and ours. There are no cameras inside the home.



We strive to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all guests, please treat the space with care as if it were your own.



Additional Note: Small events or gatherings are permitted, with a maximum of 15 guests. Please note that a different rate applies for these types of reservations.
