Guest Access:
Guests will have full access to the entire 3BR/3BA home, including a private dock just steps from the house. You're welcome to bring the outdoor chairs down to the dock to relax, enjoy the sunset, and spend time together by the water—Make sure to return them back in after! Take a peaceful paddle in the canoe or head out on the fishing boat—just remember that life jackets are required at all times while on the lake. These will be in a tupperware container in the pickeball area. NO Garage access.

Safety is a top priority, and children should never be left unsupervised near the lake.

For sports lovers, we’ve added a brand-new in-ground basketball hoop and court, plus a pickleball setup with paddles and balls for up to 4 players. Inside, enjoy the pool table, arcade machine, and foosball table—perfect for a fun night in!

Other Things to Note:
We do not offer cable services. Our guests can access streaming apps such as Hulu and Roku. You may use your personal account to log in to Netflix. Thank you

Please note: our home is located in a peaceful, rural area of Somerset. We highly recommend that guests bring any essentials, groceries, and personal items with them before arriving. Cell service can also be spotty in some areas, so be sure to download directions and check-in info ahead of time. This quiet location is part of what makes the stay special—but we want you to be fully prepared so you can relax and enjoy it!

BOAT/CANOE USE
Make sure to return the boat/canoe properly to the dock as they were placed before use. This will help our team alot. Thank you! NO MOTORIZED VEHICLES/BOATS/JET SKIS. Any violation may result to the immediate termination of your booking

LAKE AMENITIES USE
No lifeguards are on duty at the lake; swim at your own risk.
Make sure to ALWAYS wear the life vests provided. It is in a tupperware in the pickleball area. Any minor/children should NEVER be left unsupervised. We do not want to have any accidents, so please make sure to adhere strictly to these requirements.

For the chairs, make sure to always return them to their original location after moving them around the dock/lake area.

FIRE PIT/BURN DAYS
Fires are permitted only on designated burn days as regulated in Somerset, CA. Please verify burn day schedules before lighting any fires here (We are part of the Tahoe Basin - El Dorado County Portion). Non compliance may result to city fines:

GLASS CONTAINERS
Absolutely no glass containers are allowed outside the home. Only plastic containers are permitted. A $175 fee will be charged for any glass found outside.

FIREARMS
No shooting or firearms are allowed on the property.

PETS
We charge a $75 pet fee per pet. If a guest brings a pet, we ask that the animal never be left inside the home alone. Upon booking, guests must disclose if they are bringing a pet. We also require guests to pick up after their pets go potty.
Pets must be supervised at all times due to the presence of foxtail, other hazardous plants, and local wildlife such as mountain lions and deer.
