La région entourant le condo est la célèbre plage de Sunny Isles, regorgeant d’édifices prestigieux et de restaurants. Best Location!

The location of the property was excellent. Just a short walk to beach access. The views from the deck were outstanding. Our family of five found the condo spacious. The kitchen contained satisfactory equipment, but lacked anything else. Overall, a nice property and we enjoyed our stay.

Bright, sunny, spacious and sleek

We were here for two weeks and enjoyed the apartment's bright sunny northeast exposure and views of both the ocean and intercoastal waterway. Apartment is fully furnished and has spacious beds and good linens. clean and safe building with terrific front desk staff and quick valet service.

Came to see the Giants and Dolphins Game!!!

And what a bonus our accommodations were! Spacious, modern, top floor suite. 2 Balconies with awesome views! 3 Nice bedrooms, new appliances!!! GREAT location! Walk across the street to the warmest ocean water ever! Great restaurants every where...and 20 minutes to the Stadium...We really enjoyed our stay!!!

I want to go back

The place was amazing. Above the penthouse called the tower suite! The showers, bathrooms, kitchen, and especially the balconies were amazing. Had one of the greatest weeks of our lives and loved meeting all the friendly people around. Shani was a great help and just the sweetest person. So was the rest of the places staff. Would definitely come back.

We Keep Coming Back

My wife and I have vacationed in Sunny Isles for the last three years without our kids. The last time we came, we said we would bring the kids because we were certain it wouldn’t be like Miami. Family vibes all around, quiet and walkable neighborhoods. I almost didn’t want to review because it feels like a best kept secret and I want it to stay that way. Shani and Chris are great at responding and helping figure things out. We will be back many times. Sunny Isles and this condo felt like home.

Great stay, nuisance valet.

Pros: location, ocean views, clean and well appointed apartment, plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, pool on 5th floor. Cons: you HAVE to use the valet and cannot park your own car. I found this a nuisance but is apparently a local law. At one point the valet had no recollection of my car despite me giving details, he did later find it. It didn’t help that he only spoke Spanish and zero English. Apartment block is a bit tired but well looked after.

Perfect for our family

My husband and I rented this property as a family vacation to celebrate our oldest son’s graduation. Our party of 6 (husband, me, mother-in-law, and 3 kids, ages 16, 16 and 18 years old) stayed comfortably in this beautiful property. Shani stocked the house with the essentials; plus, provided beach towels and beach chairs for our use. The views are as amazing as pictured in the rental posting. We found Sunny Isles to be a safe family vacation area. It was a very short walk to the public beach access area. Fishing charters, jet ski rentals and Aventura Mall were just a short drive away. The convenience of a Walgreens on the corner, along with a few other merchants such as a coffee shop, McDonald’s, and other restaurants within walking distance made this a perfect spot for our family. My husband is not a hot weather person but thoroughly enjoyed our stay and proclaimed... I’m pretty sure WE WILL COME BACK!

Nice but needs updating

Property needs updating. Closet door in one bedroom was broken and looks like they will not repair. No instructions for tv. Not an easy kitchen to cook in. Lacking proper cooking pots and pans. While beach chairs were provided, they are for real young people as they are about one inch off the sand. We had to go buy proper chairs for the beach. Ice maker not working at all. Pool was small but ok. Location was excellent. Lots of restaurants in walking distance and beach is right across the street. Parking in building was very easy. The outdoor terrace was huge but only seating for three people. The terrace furniture needs to be updated and then this space would be fantastic.

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour en famille (4 ados). It was a great condo for three couples!! We were able to walk to the grocery store and Walgreens is right next-door! And the Ubers were really fast!!

Weekend Getaway

The unit is very nice and as described but the location and ease of getting to the beach is the best part. The only inconvenience we had was the early check out with a late flight however the bellman helped us out. Would definitely stay here again when in the area.

Sunny and bright two weeks

This is a wonderful space. It's flooded with sunlight and the balcony has an amazing view and seating. We would turn off the AC and open the sliding doors to let in the ocean breeze. You can see the sun rise and set from this apt. and you can see the ocean. (Not directly, but enough) and see the intercoastal waterway too.

Beautiful Condo, Great Location!

Our family enjoyed the spacious condo and spectacular balcony, with awesome ocean views. Short walk to beach access with great playground for kids, nearby restaurants, and grocery store/pharmacy. The heated pool was a bonus!! Very accommodating and pleasant staff, especially the valet parking attendant.

Great View!!!

Condo has an excellent view of the bay and ocean, but needs a renovation to be 5 Star. Bathrooms are dated and have some drain fly issues. Unit needs a paint job. The building is rundown and has an unpleasant smell in hallways, lobby.

Everyone that worked there was fabulous. Friendly and helpful. Great location, beautiful views, convenient to shopping and restaurants. Walk to the beach was right across the street. Easy to find the garbage chute, washer and dryer in the condo. Loved the artwork too!

Wedding and birthday celebration

In town for a family wedding and my birthday celebration! Couldn’t have picked a better place, everything was perfect. It was like the host knew my needs. There were some wonderful restaurants in the area and the beach is right there. Will most definitely use again, thank you!

Het appartement was goed. Van alles voorzien. Op sommige plekken slordig opknapwerk.

We hebben het.prima naar ons zin gehad. De airco maakt alleen wat veel herrie. Jammer dat het gebouw er van binnnen oud uitzag en de gang van het appartement vanaf de middag naar rook stonk.

College Reunion

My friends and I recently stayed at this property for 4 nights to celebrate a college reunion. The condo was perfect and looked exactly like the listing. It was located on the top floor of the building and has beautiful views. We spent a lot of time outside on the balcony. The condo was stocked with everything we needed including beach chairs, towels and umbrellas, which was very much appreciated. The location was perfect. Everything you need is within a short walking distance. The beach access was just across the street one block away. We did not use the pool because we enjoyed the beach so much. The check in process was easy and only took about 15 minutes. All of the building staff were friendly and very helpful. Can't say enough good things about the staff. Other reviews noted the lack of closet space in one of the bedrooms, and that is the case, however that is only a problem if we planned on staying there for an extended period of time. We managed fine without it. Overall we had a wonderful stay and had a difficult time leaving. We would definitely recommend this condo.
