The hot tub is equipped with a cover but does not have a locking mechanism. Adult supervision is required at all times when children are present. Guests assume full responsibility for the safe and appropriate use of the hot tub. By choosing to use it, guests agree to follow all posted safety guidelines and ensure children are properly supervised. Neither the property owner nor the management company shall be held liable for any accidents, injuries, or misuse related to the hot tub.

For your safety and to ensure compliance with house policies, there are four exterior security cameras located at the doorbell, driveway, side yard, and backyard. These cameras do not face any interior or private spaces. Footage is kept private and only reviewed as needed for safety, guest verification, and policy enforcement.
