Hot Tub & Sauna Use Notice: The hot tub is equipped with a cover but does not have a locking mechanism. The infrared sauna is located in the garage and is available for guest use. Adult supervision is required at all times when children are present in either area. Guests assume full responsibility for the safe and appropriate use of both the hot tub and sauna. By choosing to use these amenities, guests agree to follow all posted instructions and safety guidelines and to ensure children are properly supervised at all times. Neither the property owner nor the management company shall be held liable for any accidents, injuries, or misuse related to the hot tub or sauna.

Security & Monitoring:

For your safety and to ensure compliance with house policies, there are four exterior security cameras located at the doorbell, driveway, side yard, and backyard. These cameras do not face any interior or private spaces. Footage is kept private and only reviewed as needed for safety, guest verification, and policy enforcement.
