10/10! Amazing views all around, cozy feel at home atmosphere, coupled with the most amazing host made this getaway one for the books! Check in was super easy. Vinnie and his wife were gracious and checked in frequently to make sure our stay was perfect! Waterfalls close enough to walk to for some great photos and the pool table was a great fun addition! Definitely recommend for a quiet getaway.

The property is absolutely gorgeous. The views are stunning. SO peaceful and relaxing. We were greeted by Vinny within a few minutes of arriving. He explained everything and was very knowledgeable with the surrounding areas. We will definitely be returning in the spring. Highly recommended this place for a couple's getaway whether it's a short weekend or extended stay.

The pictures on the web site do not do this property juctice. Very updated, clean, nice owners, amazing views of waterfall. Close to everything but not in the crazy traffic. Very peaceful and relaxing.

Beautiful cabin with a beautiful view

We had a pleasant stay at this property.The positives: The home was generally clean and comfortable, and the view of Profile Falls is absolutely stunning—definitely one of the best features. The hosts were kind and welcoming, and we appreciated the thoughtful touches they added. We liked the pool table, a working window AC in the living space, and a well-stocked kitchen with spices, coffee, and plenty of dishes and utensils. The location is convenient to Bristol, and we really liked the modern appliances and decor. All towels and linens were provided, and the portable fan in the bedroom was a big help during warmer nights.A few things to note: The Wi-Fi signal was very weak during our stay, and the bedroom could really benefit from air conditioning, especially in July. The master shower is open to the room with no wall or door, which may be a consideration for some guests. The couch does not pull out. The red couch in the picture has been replaced with a larger couch that one person can sleep on with two long ottomans that can be combined for another person. There were some quirks like a finicky door lock, a squeaky bathroom door.Overall, we’re thankful for the stay and the chance to enjoy the beautiful setting. With a few updates, this place could be even better. We appreciated the hospitality and would consider returning.

Perfect stay

My wife and I had an amazing stay here. The property was absolutely charming, with incredible views of the waterfall and breathtaking sunrises that made for a serene and peaceful retreat. The space was clean, unique, and thoughtfully decorated, with comfortable furniture and a cozy bed that made us feel right at home. We especially enjoyed the rustic touches and the warmth of the place, it’s clear Vinnie put a lot of care into every detail. Vinnie himself was an outstanding host, extremely kind and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. If you’re looking for a one-of-a-kind escape with stunning natural beauty, amazing sunrises, and a welcoming atmosphere, this is the place. Highly recommend

Better than advertised

**Million-Dollar Views and Exceptional Service** As breathtaking as the pictures and descriptions of this property are, they truly cannot capture the full experience. Vinnie has crafted a lovely home away from home, fully equipped for cozy home-cooked meals, warm fires, and snug movie nights. You can also enjoy chicken wings while watching a game on the TV with an excellent sound system, and challenge your friends to a few rounds of pool. Every detail reflects care and pride in ownership. The eclectic space features a spacious one-bedroom suite situated above a large multi-car garage, which houses some amazing and famous antique cars (ask Vinnie about them!). Keep in mind that there are steps to navigate to reach the suite, so be prepared for that. For my wife and me, this was the perfect quiet getaway spot. The town of Bristol is just minutes away and offers great coffee options, several nice restaurants, and even a few wine-tasting rooms! If you’re reading this review and appreciate the pictures, and there are available dates, don't hesitate to book. You won’t be disappointed. **Pro Tip:** Let Vinnie know the reason for your visit!

Beautiful in NH!

The setting of Vinnie's place is beyond belief. The waterfall is visible from the windows as well as views of the mountains! The decor is very homey and well thought out. Vinnie was great to chat with! The kitchen had all we needed. Bring shampoo, soap etc. and be aware that if you are hot-natured there is no central A/c, but we were comfortable. The pool table made for some great family competition. We hope to return!

Incredible stay!

The pictures do not do this incredible getaway justice. Vinny is a friendly host who truly cares about his guests. The chalet is above his garage and it is truly a one of a kind place. You can see his dedicated craftsmanship in the beautiful woodwork and the decor is perfect. The place is spacious and very cozy. Upon arrival, we walked up the stairs to the entrance and immediately heard and saw the majestic waterfall. What a way to start our vacation. The inside is immaculate. Beautiful wood floors. Comfy couches. The pool table is excellent and there is plenty of seating. The bedroom is large with a large king bed. Bathroom is spacious. It was odd that the shower was in the bedroom, but it added to the uniqueness of the property. The couch is extra deep making it a perfect place for a third person to sleep. Very comfy. There was coffee available. Large deck out front made for some relaxation in the sun. We visited profile falls and went for a dip in the ice cold water. 5 minute drive to Bristol which is a quaint town with a brewery, diner, and other eateries. Absolutely fantastic. Highly recommend!!

Waterfall relaxation

Peaceful getaway yet convenient to many attractions

We had a nice stay here as we visited the Lakes and White Mountains regions. Vinnie was a gracious host who strives to have comfortable accommodations for guests. Several things have been upgraded from the photos: there is large tv, nice sectional couch and electric fireplace in the living room area, and two additional arm chairs in the dining area. Of note: the tub/shower is in the bedroom. There are window air conditioning units and ceiling fans. The view from the deck is gorgeous. There is ample seating on the deck, but no lounge chairs or bags game like show in the photo. The pool table is a fun addition. Vinnie and his wife created a beautiful chalet-style space! In Bristol we enjoyed dining at Cielto, The Homestead and Gina's Place twice for breakfast! Don't miss Twin Designs Gift Shop in town. We visited Flume Gorge and Littleton the day of our arrival. From this area we did one day in the White Mountains on the Kancamungus Highway and another day around Lake Winnipesaukee. On the day of our departure we visited Danbury General Store for breakfast sandwiches that hit the spot! And if you happen to make it over to Vermont like we did, Frazer's Place in Windsor, VT was an unexpected treat for lunch and ice cream. Enjoy your time relaxing in this beautiful area!

Amazing views and Unique Amenities

We stayed here this summer for a few days and wish we had booked it for longer. There were amazing views of Profile Falls on one side and mountains on the other. My 8 year old’s favorite part was the pool table. Everything inside was beautiful and Vinnie and Mitzi thought of and provided everything one would need for a stay. They were also very kind and friendly and had a wealth of info for the surrounding area. The house is close enough to town to be convenient and far enough to feel secluded and peaceful. We would definitely stay again.

Quiet restful couples retreat

Weekend getaway

This property is amazing, the unit had everything we needed and more. The views breath taking. The owners so helpful and sincer. It was stormong the first night and they brought is a flashlight in case the power went out. Vinnie cane over to check in on is and was so knowledgeable about the area you can tell he loves his town and community. The waterfull was mesmerizing and had an amzing view from the deck and window's of the unit on one side. The otherside we watched hummingbirds. All furniture and television was updated and modern. We even played a few games of pool and ended at tied so no one was a sore loser...him.. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. We will be back again some day. Thanks Vinni and wofe for sjarong your amazing poprty. Only siggest of you walk to tbe falls brong big spray or potemtially javing them carry you off. However it is so close youist do it,aa Thank you for sjaing your home with us Wanda and Dude
