Gulf Front-Beach Side - Beautiful House 2680 q ft-Descendez du balcon sur la plage

Cette maison de plage spacieuse joliment meublée est sur le côté de la plage à l'extrémité ouest calme de Panama City Beach et est face au golfe et juste au bord du sable et de l'eau vert émeraude. Pas de traverser la rue ou passer devant d'autres maisons pour aller à la plage. La maison peut accueillir 13 personnes. (Lits de 12 pouces et canapés-lits et enfant sur la causeuse dans le salon) et la cuisine est équipée de casseroles, poêles, plats, verres, etc. pour préparer les repas. La chambre principale avec lit queen est à l'étage et dispose d'un immense balcon (10 'par 30') avec des chaises longues et une vue sur le golfe et la plage d'un million de dollars. Aussi télévision à écran plat et stockage à gogo. L'immense salle de bain principale a une douche à l'italienne et une double vasque. Il y a deux chambres supplémentaires à l'étage qui ont une salle de bain Jack et Jill à partager. Cette salle de bain a un combo baignoire / douche. Une chambre a un lit queen et l'autre chambre a un lit queen et aussi des lits superposés. Il y a aussi une laveuse et une sécheuse complètes à l'étage.

Le rez-de-chaussée a une cuisine et une salle à manger super spacieuses pour 10 personnes ou plus et le salon avec vue complète sur le golfe est parfaitement conçu pour toute la famille à visiter, regarder la télévision ou jouer à des jeux de cartes. Juste à côté du salon est un balcon de 10 'par 30' avec de la place pour tout le monde. Le rez-de-chaussée peut accueillir quatre personnes sur les canapés-lits très confortables. De plus, il y a une causeuse qui n'est pas une couchette mais qui pourrait accueillir un espace de couchage pour un enfant. Il y a un demi-bain en bas. La propriété est sur pilotis et n'est pas accessible en fauteuil roulant. En raison de l'élévation, la vue sur les eaux du golfe et le sable est incroyable. Descendez du balcon du rez-de-chaussée et vous êtes sur la plage et à quelques pas des eaux émeraude. Il y a le wifi gratuit dans Beachhouse.

Perfect house on the beach

This place was perfect for our yearly get away to the beach. Location is excellent being right on the beach. Big porch to relax and have morning coffee and all the amenities of home are available. Would stay again!

great beach side house, with white sand and blue sea. you will be staying in a beautiful place with a stunning view with plenty of room and all the commodities you will need. This place is a no brainer, I would choose it again.

Great location

You can’t get a better location between Panama and 30A. Absolutely amazing views. Very open space and the bedrooms were a great. The decks were amazing however the deck furniture was pretty dirty, definitely stained one of my shirts. The towels could use a refresh too and they were hard to find. The views and the ocean though, could not be any better!!!

Perfect Family getaway

We couldn’t have been happier with our stay. Thanks to Beverly and Lyndsay for being great hosts, we were able to enjoy our visit to the fullest. The house was the easiest part of our trip. Stunning location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The home had plenty of space and was the perfect location. The views were stunning and we were able to watch Dolphins from our balcony. Couldn't ask for a more perfect VRBO! Highly recommend

Great Beach House

Our family really enjoyed our time at this beach house. Very convenient with little children and just being steps away from the ocean. House was very clean and property management was excellent. Would answer phone calls and emails promptly. Our family will definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at this home on Panama City Beach! The house and location were awesome. We were especially impressed with how responsive the owners were to our questions and needs. Excellent stay

The property was in a great location directly on the beach. We had a wonderful wedding just off the back steps. The house greatly exceeded my expectations. The host was very good and was accommodating when we decided to extend our stay last minute. I will definitely be staying here again in the future.

Very nice place to stay with amazing views of the beach! Super spacious place and open in the living room. Beds were quite comfortable as well. This house had 2 outdoor spaces & it was so nice to sit out on the balcony an have such a great view of the ocean! My friends & I had a really great time!

My husband is a retired Coca-Cola bottling manager, and I spent my career in education—first as a teacher and principal, and eventually serving as Assistant Superintendent for Pike County Schools in Alabama. After retiring in 1989, we began investing in rental properties in Troy, a charming college town, and have proudly remained in the residential and commercial rental business for over 30 years.

Today, we also own and personally manage several beachfront and Laguna Beach properties in beautiful Panama City Beach, Florida. We’ve poured our hearts into these homes—especially this one, which was our personal beach retreat until July 27, 2017. We genuinely care about creating a quality experience for each guest and take great pride in maintaining our homes to the highest standard.

You’ll also hear from my wonderful daughter-in-law, Lyndsay, who helps manage the property and is often your go-to for communication. Between the two of us, we’re committed to making sure you feel right at home.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We chose the Laguna Beach neighborhood because it truly offers the best of both worlds. Tucked away on the quieter west end of Panama City Beach, it’s peaceful and laid-back, yet still just minutes from the vibrant shops and restaurants at Pier Park and the scenic communities along 30A.

One of the things we love most about this location is being right on the Gulf—no busy streets to cross, no elevators to wait on, just step off the balcony and you’re on the beach. There’s something so special about sitting on the back deck and watching our grandchildren play in the waves and run across the soft, snow white sand.

The home itself is incredibly spacious and thoughtfully laid out. The main level features an open-concept kitchen, dining, and living area—perfect for gathering with family—with a half bath, convenient storage, and a 10x29 ft balcony that leads directly down to the beach. Upstairs, you’ll find three comfortable bedrooms, two full baths, a laundry room, and another large balcony with breathtaking views of the Gulf.

We’ve furnished this home with high-quality pieces to reflect the care we put into every detail. It’s more than just a rental—it’s our family’s beloved beach home, and we’re honored to share it with guests who value comfort, beauty, and unforgettable coastal memories.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

This Gulf-front retreat is a true coastal gem. Perfectly situated directly on the beach, it offers unobstructed views, two spacious balconies, and the kind of layout that’s made for memory-making.

The master suite is a standout feature—complete with a king bed, a large private bath, and its own 10’x29’ balcony overlooking the Gulf. It’s the perfect place to wake up to the sound of waves or unwind after a day in the sun. The second bedroom features a beautiful queen poster bed, and the third has a king bed and plenty of space to settle in. The living area includes two queen sleeper sofas.

The main level living area offers an open-concept layout ideal for gathering, flowing from the kitchen to the dining and living spaces, and out onto a 10’x30’ Gulf-front balcony with stairs leading directly to the sand.

The home has been thoughtfully updated inside and out and is beautifully furnished for comfort and style. With three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, and quick access to both Pier Park and 30A, it’s a standout option for families, couples, or friends traveling together.
