A freshly renovated, tri-level home, tucked into a quiet culdesac minutes off of Arapahoe Rd. Our charming home has been redesigned and refinished with an exceptional guest experience in mind. Walk minutes to a grocer, Starbucks, gym, pizza & other shops. Fresh air via an expansive trail system is min. away. We are 10-15 min. from the foothills by car & 20 min. to Denver. Nearby amenities include Streets@Southglenn, Ikea, Park MeadowsMall, Pindustry, TopGolf & more.

I booked a 8-day stay for my surgery, and my fiancé and parents graciously stayed with me to take care of me. A nurse was also there to visit me throughout the day for the entire week, and the host was incredibly accommodating. Brian was super friendly and helped me change my check-in date. Overall, it was a fantastic location, and I’d definitely stay here again!

We needed a quiet and calm place to stay during the anniversary of a family tragedy. This house was perfect. There was enough space if one of us needed to retreat and the neighborhood is so, so quiet. Almost everything we planned on seeing or doing was within a half hour. We felt very comfortable here.

My family and I stayed at the Centennial House for our son’s wedding in Colorado. The location was great and the home was wonderful inside. A perfect layout for family and friends together.

Perfect!! Close to red rocks!

we rented this beautiful home to see the Sting concert at red rocks. This house was immaculate and beautiful. The beds were comfortable. Decorated beautifully. We loved the coffee bar and sitting by the fireplace in the evenings and in the mornings. We will definitely be back. A highly recommended.

This house was great for the five us the: the host was very responsive when I had questions. It is the perfect house so close to many fun things to do in the area! We would definitely stay there again.

Great stay

The property was just as pictured/described. The space was super clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Nathan was very accommodating and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. Being right next to Starbucks & a grocery store was a plus. We'd definitely stay again!

Exactly what we wanted and needed!

A great location near restaurants and a grocery store. Easy to get to from the airport. Nearby parks for a quick walk/hike! Plenty of bedrooms for four couples to sleep. Big kitchen and a cute front and back yard.

Wonderful, big house, great to hang out with family. Kitchen is the best we’ve ever stayed in - had everything we needed. Beds were super comfy. And Nathan is a great communicator - super responsive to my questions. Would definitely rent again.

Great space!

This was a wonderful space to host a group of friends on a work trip! Lots of space and everything you would need is provided. Such a cute vibe throughout the house that was perfect for some team photos we had done while staying. Would 100% stay again if we are in the area! Very convenient spot to food, dining and entertainment! Thank you!

Our family really enjoyed staying at this property, restaurants and grocery stores and shopping are super close. The amenities in the home were awesome. The kitchen is super amazing as well as all of the bedrooms/bathrooms. We highly recommend this home. Super clean and family friendly! Nathan also responded to us super quickly appreciated your hospitality as well!

Extended Weekend Stay

We stayed at this charming 5-star, 4-bedroom home recently to attend a family wedding. The location of this home was perfect for us (bonus, there’s a Starbucks and a grocery store within walking distance). This home is decorated beautifully, the beds/bedding so comfortable and the home was spotless. We loved hanging out in the living room area downstairs, visiting and watching football. Our host, Nathan was very responsive and helpful. I would highly recommend this home for your Colorado visit.

Convenient and Charming Decor

The property was impressive, the decor stunned me with how lovely the furniture was. The beds were so comfy and it made my daughter not want leave the house. I don’t usually repeat properties to stay at but I would love to return here in the future since the location was also very convenient for me. I also very much appreciate the Champagne, thank you very much Nathan. I highly recommend this place for others.

Excellent Home

5 stars are not enough to show how excellent this home is. From the start Nathan was wonderful to deal with and he seemed genuinely excited for my husband and I to host our d, son in law and boyfriend who all live in CO for Christmas. Nice touch was a lovely Christmas tree. The property looked exactly like the photos and it was exceptionally clean, neat and organized in the kitchen. Coffee bar and milk foamer were on a separate counter with sugar available. The kitchen is modern and refrigerated is big. All the cabinets are labeled. Dinning area was a nice size too. Beds and pillows were comfortable, towels were plush and plentiful. Master bath shower is very nice with two shower heads (one is a wand). There was a hair dryer and hair straightener too. The master bath shower also had soap, hair shampoo and conditioner on the wall. Laundry room off the downstairs sitting area. The sitting area has a fireplace that gives off heat. Within walking dishes to a shopping center with grocery store and a Starbucks. Close to highways and restaurants. On a quiet cul de sac with driveway parking and street parking. My husband I would definitely stay here again and thank you Nathan for all your communication and for keeping your property so beautiful!

House was clean, however, the beds were so hard and uncomfortable. One of the beds was so very hard and had big lumps, was not possible to sleep on. One of our group of 4 had to sleep on the couch, the reason for choosing a 4 bedroom was so each would have our on room. Was very disappointing.

The inside was perfect for our family. The place was clean and fully equipped. Some wear and tear issues the proprietors would need to tend to, but overall perfect and met our needs for our weekend stay.Landscaping outside needs work. Extra chairs out back would have been nice but we made it work. Grill should be cleaned after each stay. Might be an issue with the cleaning company and not the owners.The host was wonderful to work with and responsive. I would stay there again.

Clean, peaceful, spacious. Best stocked rental we’ve ever had including amazing coffee bar. So kid friendly and loved the child books. Beds were comfy in those we used. High water press showers were. The BR next to master didn’t feel like air flow was working.
