The kitchen was fully equipped for preparing meals but the condo is very close to downtown Littleton restaurants which we enjoyed. The condo has a garage which is great as street parking is at a premium. I was sorry we didn’t get to use the rooftop deck as it was still a little cold when we visited. It would have been a great location for cocktails and snacks.

The townhome is very spacious with high ceilings large windows, views from the roof deck and complete with all of the amenities. The booking process was very quick and easy and the host is excellent, friendly and very responsive. Above all, the home was very clean and well stocked, and is in an excellent safe, quiet location. The walkability is outstanding and is in close proximity to all of the great restaurants, hiking trails and local sites. We can't wait until our next visit. Thank you

We thoroughly enjoyed this townhouse. It is in a great location in downtown Littleton with easy access to the foothills, mountains, Denver and all attractions in Littleton. We’ve stayed in a variety of places in Littleton and this one by far was our favorite. It is very well equipped, clean, spacious with a lot of attention to detail. We had everything we needed at our fingertips. The rooftop terrace was wonderful giving you access to a lovely private space outdoors with great views. There are a lot of stairs, but easy to traverse throughout the stay. We felt right at home. I would highly recommend this property and would stay again. A big plus is the quaint bakery/coffee place next door and easy access to food or drink - downtown Littleton is charming.

This was one of my best VRBO experiences. 4 of us (all over 70) were visiting family. The location was perfect. You can walk to / from RTD light rail. Main St restaurants are a block away. There is a coffee shop literally just outside the front door. The unit was immaculate. Everything worked. The instructions from the host were clear and spot on and he customized the front door code for the guest making it easy to remember. Everything we needed was in place. Be advised it is a vertical “row house” style building so there are a lot of stairs. If you have mobility issues it may not be for you. We loved it. There is an easy access garage. The neighborhood is very nice and relatively quiet at night. We like to open windows but if you button up with A/C I don’t think you’ll hear a thing. Kerry (host) was very attentive and accessible through the app but we had no problems so there was minimal interaction with him. Overall a 10 out of 10 in my opinion.

The house is in a great location and within a few blocks to downtown Littleton with great restaurants and entertainment. Our host was excellent- checked in with us, made check in and check out process the easiest we’ve ever experienced. Home was clean and beautiful. Kitchen had everything you would need. Definitely recommend and we will be back!The double garage was priceless!

Come and stay in the cutest town of Littleton in the most adorable townhome. Walkable to coffee, restaurants and a park. Easy drive to most places you want to go.This place has everything you need for a relaxing getaway, including lots of blankets. The views are amazing and the details in all the rooms are unmatched.
