The unit fulfilled all our expectations. It was clean, comfortable, and quiet. In fact, I broke my leg about 5 days before our long planned trip, and I was very grateful for the handicap rails in the Master Bath. I would definitely stay in this unit again. My only "complaint" is that the window blinds in the master bedroom let in a great deal of light at night, particularly because there is a parking lot light nearby. As someone who has difficultly sleeping, if there were curtains that kept out the light, it would have been perfect.
