Cette unité a une vue Million dollar depuis le balcon que vous allez adorer, mais il a aussi beaucoup d'espace. C'est chaud et confortable, avec beaucoup d'espace pour toute la famille. Aussi la chambre d'hôtes comme un petit balcon pour une vue différente.

Toutes nos locations viennent avec des draps, une machine à laver / sèche-linge dans l'unité et une cuisine entièrement équipée, donc tout ce que vous avez à vous soucier est de s'amuser! En outre, notre complexe offre une piscine, un barbecue / aire de pique-nique, WIFI GRATUIT, zone de lavage de voiture, promenade pour la plage et un marché pratique à côté! Pendant les mois de Mars à Octobre, nous offrons également un service de plage GRATUIT! Nous sommes situés à seulement 5 minutes de Fort Walton Beach et Destin sur la belle île d'Okaloosa et seulement 3/4 mile d'excellents restaurants, vie nocturne, boutiques, activités nautiques et le Gulfarium!

Nos unités de condo sont non-fumeurs et le Nautilus est une propriété sans animaux.

Beautiful views, comfortable bed, and everything you need including a washer and dryer. We will be keeping this condo in mind for any future stays. Close to everything in Fort Walton Beach and Destin is just a short drive away.

Reviewer Comments: I know there are roches in the area, but we had lots of them in every room, we have stay in the same unit before and they was not a problem so not sure why this time. Also we had ants in the bedroom and kitchen, they did spray when we called about them. Also 1 towel per guess is crazy I am on vacation I don’t want to wash towels every day.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great view, spacious and clean unit. Would have liked to see more household items, ie flashlight, scissors, Tupperware, extra bedding. We had extra pillows but no pillow cases. Only 1 extra blanket. Nothing major that wld stop us from returning. Lots of space to add books or games to the unit for a rainy day. Anything we needed mgt on site was available and very friendly. Beach service was amazing and so convenient!! Area was a traffic mess with construction but doable! Would like to see more awareness to sea life! They have info posted but unit was not sea life friendly, ie, heavier drapes to block out lights, posting more to remind folks to use flashlights w red lenses. Was sad not to find any sea turtle nests roped off....nights the beach was full of white bright flashlights both ways up and down beach! Beach was huge w magnificent views!! Even when crowded did not feel crowded! Pool was clean and had plenty of seating! Location was ok, close enough for groceries, restaurants and a marina for a boat trip!! We did soundside cruiser and was a great experience! Price was reasonable and they really took time to create a great experience, kid friendly as well! Loved the texts that Nautilus sent as reminders from before, during and at checkout! Was very helpful!! Would recommend for sure!!

We did see some relaxed appearance in the overall condition of the property. Normally in the spring the surroundings are freshly fluffed and ready for a peak season, this year we got the feeling it had been a long busy season. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Awful. Ice machine was broken upon arrival and we were never made aware of that. A group of men knocked on our door while we were dressing telling us they needed to fix said ice maker without any notice they were coming. There weren’t enough amenities nor accommodations for a family of 6, such as extra towels, shampoo, lotion, conditioner, sheets, pillows. The place really shouldn’t be for a family over 3 and definitely not suitable for young children. Needs a lot of updates for price requested per night. Lights needed replacing inside and on balcony due to being out. Washer/dryer needs to be replaced. There was leftover soap scum in master shower soap dish. Toothpaste spit on picture frames in bathroom. Very unhappy. We reached out to the office twice and never heard back. Once through text and once through our review we handed to them requesting some type of refund. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all.

You don't go on vacation to sit in a room so location is important also. For us the location was perfect. Never Will I Nautilus Again

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was my 12th or 13th vacation taken at the Nautilus and it will also be my last. My family has been staying there for approximately 12 years now, sometimes multiple times per year. We have always stayed a minimum of of 7 days during the summer and in the most recent years 16 nights per visit. The quality of this condo has drastically gone down to an almost unacceptable level. When we arrived this year we had several issues, the ice maker was broken, the oven did not work along with 1 burner that would not come on and 1 that would not always turn off, and the lounge on the balcony had a large rip in it making it unusable as well. The towels provided were basically stained rags and there wasn’t enough for a family of 4 to use once. The sheets were stained and tattered. The ice maker never got repaired, the stove was replaced 2 days before our departure. Not to mention the elevator broke at least 6 out of the 16 days we were there. Several days prior to our departure we tried to make reservations for summer 2022. There has been a 55% price increase (they must be trying to pay for the new paint on the building) over the summer 2021 prices, on the unit we requested for the same length of stay and during the same time frame. They mention a million dollar view on their website, now it will almost cost you that much to stay there. When I asked to speak to management, I was ignored. I made several additional requests to speak to management with no reply. Our family and friends occupied 6 units there this summer and were planning on doing the same for 2022. With the lack of communication from management, we will be taking our business elsewhere. We felt like we were imposing on them rather than welcomed by them as we were in years past. The Nautilus is now the 3rd most expensive condo on the island. Do yourself a favor and do a little looking, you will find a better quality unit for a better price and much better management.
