The Space:

This excellent Gulf-front rental has a commanding view of the mesmerizing Gulf of Mexico. The living area will provide you access to a beautiful private balcony. You will enjoy sitting on the terrace furnished with chairs and a table for comfort and enjoyment. The floor-to-ceiling patio doors enhance your view of the Gulf of Mexico. Shopping is available in Fort Walton Beach and Destin.



The kitchen has all the comforts of home, including a full-size refrigerator, cooktop stove and oven, microwave, and dishwasher. All the utensils needed to prepare and serve meals are supplied for convenience. If you choose not to eat in, many top-tier restaurants are nearby. This condo has three TVs, two DVD players, and a CD stereo system in the living room. Island Princess is located directly on the snow-white sands of Okaloosa Island, just steps from the most sought-after waters of the Gulf Coast. Enjoy the hot tub, heated outdoor pool, and fitness center on-site.



Island Princess's relaxing and welcoming atmosphere will make it your go-to vacation destination for years to come.



THINGS TO KNOW

Construction will occur on the property from August 14, 2023, until February 16, 2024. During this time, the balconies and walkways will experience closures. Doors will also be repainted. Noise may be audible during work hours.

Great beach access!

Clean, easy check in, all appliances worked well, fully stocked kitchen and most of all, the beach was close and not crowded.

Beautiful Condo

We loved our stay at this condo!! Condo was very clean which is important to us. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. Beds were comfortable. Loved the view!! Short walk to the beach. Beautiful pool. Would absolutely stay here again.

Great customer service and great place to stay

Condo was amazing with great views. We had an issue where the sofa bed mattress was worn and springs were popping thru it. I went to the front desk and informed them and by that afternoon the manager of the property responded with a brand new mattress. Will definitely be returning next year.

Very Clean and Comfortable

This unit was very clean and exactly as described in the listing. Property is on the top floor, away from the pool (which is great). The Island Princess property overall seemed to be very well maintained and was exceptionally clean. We were very pleased. Our family fit very comfortably with two teen boys, and my 10yr old daughter slept on the sofa bed. Views from the balcony and master bedroom are beautiful. We have used VRBO multiple times all throughout the 30A, Destin, FWB area, and I would definitely stay in this unit again. The condo comes with one roll of paper towels, one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, and no consumables in the kitchen. So, if you are staying more than about 3 nights, you will want to bring extra, along with basics like sugar, salt and pepper, etc.

Great beach front location

Location was beach-side and minutes from great food and non-beach activities. Exceptional balcony view - enjoyed early morning coffee and watching/listening to the surf. Suite was clean. Minor/customary maintenance seems needed throughout, but the stay was relatively comfortable and a good home-base for venturing out. Would recommend to others.

Lovely getaway

I had a wonderful time at the Island Princess. I was able to easily get grocery and takeout delivery, which allowed me to spend as much time as possible at the beach! The accommodations were exactly what I needed, and well cleaned and kept. I will definitely be back.

This is the first experience we’ve had using vrbo. We’ve stayed multiple times in the Destin area. This was by far the best location we’ve been to. The entire process was smooth and convenient. Everything we needed was provided. The view of the ocean is out of this world fantastic. The washer and dryer are beyond convenient. The beds are comfortable. The only complaint is not being able to stay longer. Highly recommend and will 100% be back.

My second year to stay at the Island Princess Condos. I love Okaloosa Island.

This is the second unit at the Island Princess Condos that we have stayed in. We have been completely thrilled with our accommodations. We are obviously going to be back again. Okaloosa Island is one of the most beautiful sections of the Gulf Coast.

I love the feel of a small condominium community, just wish the swimming pool was a little bigger and that it was monitored with the wearing of wristbands or have codes to pool and beach access. The unit was very dirty around the entrance door, it looks like black mold, the kitchen faucet needs replacing, the drip pans on the stove need replacing, the drains in the bathtubs were gross. Overall cleanliness was good.The views and the beach were OUTSTANDING! This trip was the first time my 84 year old Mother had ever experienced the emerald coast, first time to stay in a condominium, she was very impressed that the unit had everything we needed and more!

The condo was furnished as pictured, beautiful gulf views, short walkover to beach.

Overall was very pleased. Convenient location, beautiful gulf views. If you are at the pool the beach is not visible because of the dunes. Cons: water dispenser in fridge didn't work, Hugh palmetto bug in master bedroom (but it is in Florida). Didn't appreciate multiple text messages & emails at 1100 pm & 8 am about check out, or housekeeping staff entering condo before we were checked out & then waiting outside door! Or call from manager asking why I wasn't checked out yet. It was 1115 & we were downstairs loading the car, checked out already.
