L'unité 1203 est une unité de front de mer moderne et rénovée de 2 chambres et 2 salles de bain. Avec un plan d'étage et un grand balcon, c'est comme posséder votre propre morceau privé de la plage!

Toutes nos locations sont équipées de draps complets, d'une laveuse / sécheuse dans l'unité et des cuisines entièrement équipées, donc tout ce dont vous avez à vous soucier est de s'amuser! De plus, notre complexe offre une piscine, une aire de pique-nique, un WIFI GRATUIT, un espace de lavage de voiture, une promenade sur la plage et un marché proche à côté! Pendant les mois de mars à octobre, nous offrons également un service de plage GRATUIT! Nous sommes situés à seulement 5 minutes de Fort Walton Beach et de Destin sur la belle île d'Okaloosa et à seulement 3/4 mile des excellents restaurants, vie nocturne, boutiques, activités nautiques et le Gulfarium!

Nos unités de copropriété sont non-fumeurs et The Nautilus est une propriété sans animal domestique.

The beach wasn’t overly crowded like you would think with it being the week of the 4th. Love staying at The Nautilus, this was our second year in a row to stay at the condo in two different units.

Great place

This was a great property. Very clean and and awesome location. Our only compliment was the excessive amout of smoking at the pool the whole time we were there. It was so bad, we couldn't enjoy it.

Perfection!

I can’t say enough how wonderful our stay was. The unit was immaculately clean, well stocked, and had an amazing view. The balcony had such comfortable furniture. Our check-in process was quick and simple, and we were even able to check in a little early. We have already begun plans to reserve this unit again next year. This was a perfect vacation location.

The staff at the Nautilus was friendly and helpful and made you feel like your stay was important to them. We loved how close we were to the beach. The Tom Thumb that is practically on-site is an added bonus.

Fantastic!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Nautilus 1203 for our first trip to the Emerald Coast. The unit was plenty big enough for the two of us and could have easily held 2 more. The large balcony was perfect for that morning cup of coffee while overlooking the ocean. Communications with the property manager we’re both easy and quick. The only slight downside was the bed. There’s no box spring (just sits on a flat base) so it’s not the most comfortable to sleep on.

Beachfront Bliss

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The apartment was nicely equipped. The patio furniture was perfect for early morning beach gazing while enjoying a good book. Easy access to beach. No room keys to keep track of, each unit door has a number code! The whole complex was at the end of a complete remodel. There were some repairs still ongoing but none of them interfered with our stay. The new paint, banister railings, decking, etc looks great! Front desk staff were friendly and knowledgeable and corrected any issues quickly!

Wonderful Stay

We absolutely loved our stay! We arrived after hours and management called us to check on us before we arrived and then let us know how to retrieve entry since it would be after 6 before we got there. To be on the beach and hear the waves was wonderful, not only that, but we were right around the corner from private beach entrance. Out the front door, down 1 flight of stairs and around the the corner to beach access. Our kids (who are older) could be on beach and us on balcony and were able to communicate. A small store literally in the same parking lot came in handy daily. When we booked my husband was healthy, and when the time arrived, he ended up being bound to electric wheelchair or crutches due to needing a hip replacement. Beach service provided wheelchair for beach access free of charge and almost instantly as well as management being wonderful with that as well. Not too busy of a beach since complex is small. Destin is a really short drive from area. I could go on and on, but will stop. This is a great place to stay!

Great location, terrible managment

We arrived with no problem, but once we opened the door to the condo. There was an overwhelming stench of mold and mildew. We went to purchase some Lysol and Febreze to cover the awful smell until we got maintenance to come in the morning. He arrived with 2 Damp Rid buckets. I let him know that we had a guest with a serious mold and mildew allergy. He then brought up and air purifier and a large noisy dirty dehumidifier machine that was put in the kitchen because the tubes had to run into the sink. I appreciated his efforts but we all know once that smell is there, the condo has a problem. I reached back out to the manager to let her know that we did have a guest with an allergy problem who was having trouble and that we did not expect to have to spend our relaxing week at the beach with this dirty dehumidifier in the kitchen, making it impossible to have a peaceful meal And enjoy being inside the condo. The response was that the maintenance man came back up to offer to take the dehumidifier from the condo. Our feelings were that that would only help the problem get worse again. She never responded to the email herself, or came to meet with us. We were never offered a different condo or some sort of discount being that our stay was different than what was we paid for. Very disappointed. Will return to the area but not that building.

It had everything we needed and even if it rained you could sit on the back porch and it’s just like sitting on the beach. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Oh my goodness, this condo was exactly what we needed for 4 adults and an infant. We had a smaller size pack and play for our granddaughter to nap/sleep in which fit in the main bathroom. We brought a monitor along so we could close the door and hear her from the deck and bedrooms when she woke up. It was very clean, updated and so close to the pool and beach! Having a full kitchen was wonderful so we could cook a couple of meals. The laundry was also a huge plus! Ceiling fans kept us cool and comfortable. The balcony provided and great place to hang out with a spectacular view of the beach and ocean. We even watched the fireworks from the pier one evening. Two additional family members that stayed close by were able to hang out with us in the evenings in the family room. It was cozy and felt like home! I highly recommend the Nautilus and especially this unit. If we are blessed to visit this area again, I will rent this same space. The communication from management was spot on!
