These 5 bedrooms will BLOW YOU AWAY! Each have their own smart TV (except for the bunk bedroom). The master bedroom has a king bed and private ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom also has a king bed, the third has a queen, the fourth has two full beds, and the fifth has two sets of twin-over-full bunk beds (this is the only bedroom without a TV).

There are 2 completely renovated bathrooms in this home. The private master ensuite has a sink, toilet, and walk-in shower only. The hall bathroom has a sink, toilet, and shower/tub combo.

The kitchen is bright & open, with brand new stainless steel appliances. With lots of counter space and bar top seating, it's a great kitchen for entertaining!

Just one room over is the dining room, which is bright and welcoming. The formal dining room seats 10, and there is also a second dining table in the backyard.

This home is located in a quiet, residential neighborhood. We ask that you please respect our neighbors by observing the quiet hours between 10pm- 9am. We stress the importance of keeping our neighborhood quiet & safe for all of our guests & neighbors. We do not authorize any parties or events at this listing.
This home & all of its amenities are either inside of the home itself, or on a
private, fully-fenced backyard. Under NO circumstances will our guests be
authorized to trespass onto any of our neighbors’ properties.

This property includes security features, such as Schlage smart locks and Ring floodlight cameras, for your safety and peace of mind.

Pool heating: We charge $100 for pool heating and will pre-heat the pool to 85 degrees. However, outdoor weather can affect the pool temperature, and in colder conditions, the heaters may not raise the water significantly above the ambient air temperature.

From December through February, pool heaters will be turned on at no additional charge.

Pet Fee is $75 per pet, max of 4 pets.

HOUSE RULES:
1. Guest Limit: The maximum number of guests is 18, unless otherwise agreed.
2. Events/Parties: Not allowed.
3. Additional Guests: Please inform us if you wish to have any additional guests. Additional fees may apply.
4. Pets: Pets are welcome but must be registered before check-in. To keep everyone safe and comfortable, we kindly ask that you keep your furry friend on a leash whenever they’re outside. Please also make sure to clean up after them and be mindful of neighbors.
5. Good Neighbor Policy: Please respect quiet hours from 10 PM to 9 AM. The use of large speakers in outdoor spaces and fireworks is not permitted. While small personal speakers are allowed, noise and music must never be excessive or disruptive to neighbors or the community, even outside of quiet hours. Please avoid trespassing on neighboring properties and always engage positively with our neighbors. Please DO NOT disturb the neighbor for lost balls. Do not knock on their door or trespass on their property to retrieve them. Kindly reach out to us if a ball goes over the fence.
6. Smoking: Smoking or vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the home or on the property. A violation of this policy will result in a minimum $250 fine to cover deep cleaning and odor removal.
7. Grill Use: We are pleased to offer a grill for your enjoyment. However, please do NOT use charcoal in the grill under any circumstances. Using charcoal will damage the grill, resulting in costly repairs or replacement. Failure to comply with this rule will result in a fee for the replacement cost.
8. Propane/Firewood: Kindly ensure the propane tanks are closed after use and that any fire is completely extinguished. While we do not supply propane or firewood, we’re happy to reimburse you for your purchase. For your safety, we kindly ask that lighter fluid or charcoal are never used in the wood-burning stoves, fireplaces, or fire pits at the property. These items can cause significant damage and safety hazards in addition to creating toxic fumes.
Please note that if lighter fluid or charcoal are used, a fine of $500 will be imposed.
9. Trash Segregation: Please segregate your trash during your stay. Ensure all trash is bagged and placed in the garbage bins. Do not place any loose trash in the cans, and do not leave any trash or bags of trash on the ground outside.
10. Accidents: If any damage or stains occur, please let us know as soon as possible so we can address it promptly.
11. Cleaning: We kindly ask that you keep the unit tidy, as excessively dirty units will incur an additional cleaning fee. Also, if not following our rules leads to us having to refund or discount a future guest, you may be responsible for those costs.
12. Check-Out Time: We want to ensure our cleaners have enough time to prepare the house for our next guests. Please ensure you follow the check-out time at 10 am (unless otherwise agreed upon). Late check-outs will incur an additional fee of $50 every 30 minutes.
- Please note that dunking or hanging on the basketball rim is not allowed. Anyone caught doing so will be fined and held responsible for any damages incurred. We appreciate your cooperation in keeping our facilities safe and enjoyable for all.
