Common Space

One of the main perks of this rental is the comfortable and cozy common space. Instead of being crowded onto one couch, you can sit on the outdoor balcony, curl upon the cozy couch, snuggle up in a comfortable chair, or sit at one of the high-top bar stools at the kitchen counter. There is always going to be somewhere for you to sit and mingle with your guests, whether that is over a shared cocktail pitcher or a pot of coffee in the mornings.

Kitchen

Another perk of booking the Shores of Panama 204 is the modern kitchen and ample counter space for setting out snacks, making cocktails, serving coffee in the morning, or setting out appetizers before you head out for a fresh seafood dinner. We offer modern appliances, stainless steel ovens, spacious cabinet space, and new appliances that make it easy and simple for you to whip up a meal in no time at all. Use the blender to make frozen burritos or use the new coffee pot in the morning to brew a fresh pot of strong, espresso-filled cups for your guests.

Outdoor Space

There is no better way to wake up in the morning than to make a fresh cup of coffee using our Keurig and to step outside onto the balcony. You can sit outside in one of the chairs and watch the sunrise come up over the bright blue water. Sit out here with a glass of wine and a book to have some nice “me” time during your vacation. Or you can sit out here with your pal during happy hour and have a beer while you watch the sunset in the distance — what could be more relaxing on your vacation?

Bedrooms

One of the best parts about staying in the Shores of Panama 204 is that everyone will have plenty of room to snuggle up at night and get a great night of sleep! Forget spending a night in a busy and loud hotel room — instead, use the ample floor space and multiple bedrooms to make sure you can always spread out, chill by yourself, and wind down after a long day of being out at the beach.

The younger kids or teens can sleep in the bunk-bed room — they will love being able to talk to one another and really feel like true adults! Plus, the couples can sleep in the master bedroom, complete with a modern en suite bathroom and hot shower, or the secondary bedroom, offering a large window that overlooks the picturesque surroundings. Any room that you get will be an upscale and cozy room to get a full 8 hours of sleep after a long day of travel or exploring!

IMPORTANT TO KNOW BEFORE BOOKING! Panama City Beach Ordinance 1667 requires all occupants to be 21 years of age or older, unless a family with children. All occupants over the age of 18 will be required to submit a government-issued ID, such as a driver's license, at the time of booking. Vacations Perfected is legally required to keep these IDs on file for inspection from the City of Panama City Beach. Vacations Perfected is legally required to obtain the names and ages of ALL occupants of the property, regardless of age, for inspection from the City of Panama City Beach. This ordinance is in effect for High Impact Periods, from March 1 – Memorial Day, and other dates as determined by the city when needed. Vacations Perfected takes this ordinance seriously, the fines that could be enforced upon Vacations Perfected could include loss of our rental license. Remember, city ordinances take precedence over policies of 3rd party sites such as Airbnb and VRBO. If you aren't comfortable providing the above-mentioned documentation as required by the city, we suggest booking elsewhere. You must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property. During Spring Break , the minimum acceptable ratio is one (1) person 25 years of age for every two (2) persons under 25 years of age.

Ordinance 1667 also states that guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or adult guardian while on property after 10:00pm. This includes parking garages, pool decks, walkways, elevators, and beach access points. Minors under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or adult guardian during curfew hours of 8:00pm to 5:00am while inside the city limits of Panama City Beach. This includes sidewalks, the sandy beach, parking lots, stores, public parks, etc. No more than 2 minors can accompany 1 parent or adult guardian. Violation of the ordinance can result in fines to the parent or guardian and eviction from the property by the city. This ordinance is in effect for High Impact Periods, from March 1 – Memorial Day, and other dates as determined by the city when needed.

Why is this ordinance in place? In recent years, Panama City Beach has been overrun by minors and young adults looking to do nothing more than start trouble in our city. City officials have enacted this ordinance to take a stance against this type of behavior, and make it an enjoyable area for everyone again.

This property is professionally managed by Vacations Perfected. Vacations Perfected requires the registered guest booking and occupying the condo to be 25 years of age or older. In most cases, this is the policy of the condo complex or HOA that the property is located in. There are no exceptions to this policy. If you book this property and are not at least 25 years of age or older, or book this property with the intentions of allowing under 25 years of age friends of family to occupy the property without your presence for the duration of the reservation, your reservation will be charged a 50% cancellation fee and the reservation will be canceled. If you inform us within 15 days prior to arrival that you, as the 25 or older person booking the property, will not be able to come and it will only be under 25 years of age people occupying the property, your reservation will be charged a 100% cancellation fee and the reservation will be canceled. If you book this property, as the 25 years of age or older person, and do not come with the rest of the group who are under 25 years of age occupying the property, your reservation will be canceled, the occupants of the property will be evicted, and you will receive no refund. These acts are booking a reservation under false pretenses, and will not be tolerated. These actions will be reported to the booking platform you used, and further penalties or consequences may arise from the booking platform you booked this property with. This policy is effective beginning 3/14/23.
