## IMPORTANT RESORT NOTICE

**Shores of Panama is currently undergoing exterior construction.** Construction may create noise or disruption during scheduled working hours.

Construction noise is currently expected approximately **8:00 AM to 5:00 PM**.

We want guests to be aware of the ongoing work before booking so they can plan their stay accordingly.

**Check-in:** 4:00 PM
**Check-out:** 10:00 AM

The registered guest occupying the condo must be **25 years of age or older**.

Registered guests are required to complete the rental agreement and provide a credit/debit card to be kept on file to protect the property against damages.

**No pets.**
**No smoking.**

## RESORT REGISTRATION FEE

Shores of Panama resort amenities, wristbands, and parking registration are **not included in the reservation price**.

Guests are responsible for a **one-time $90 registration packet fee**, paid directly to the concierge in the lobby. The registration packet includes the required wristbands and parking permit.
