The Space:
This well-appointed home features four comfortable bedrooms and two full bathrooms, thoughtfully designed for families or groups. The open-concept layout provides plenty of space to gather, relax, or spread out. Enjoy cozy furnishings, a fully stocked kitchen, and a family-style dining area perfect for shared meals or quiet mornings.

Step outside into the expansive, private backyard complete with a kids’ playset, dedicated pickleball area, and outdoor seating. Paddles, balls, and other backyard essentials are provided, making it a great space for both fun and relaxation.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire home, with the exception of the garage and a locked owner’s closet. While the garage is used for owner storage, guests can still use the washer and dryer located inside it. The backyard, including the playset and pickleball area, is fully available for guest use.

You’re welcome to use any of the pantry items and backyard equipment, including pickleball paddles, balls, and outdoor chairs.

Located in a quiet and friendly neighborhood not far from Oceanside’s beautiful beaches, local shops, and restaurants, this home offers the perfect balance of peace and accessibility. Enjoy the Southern California lifestyle with nearby parks, coastal activities, and easy access to main roads and attractions.

Getting Around:
Having a car is recommended to fully enjoy the area. The home is just a 20-minute drive from the beach and conveniently located near major roads, making it easy to explore Oceanside and surrounding parts of San Diego County.

Rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are also readily available in the area.

Other Things to Note:
30-day minimum stay required – perfect for extended vacations, work-from-home stays, or temporary relocation.

Pet-friendly – non-shedding dogs are welcome!

The garage is off-limits due to owner storage, but the washer/dryer inside is accessible.

The locked owner’s closet inside the home is not for guest use.

Backyard amenities include a kids’ playset, a pickleball court, paddles, balls, and outdoor seating.
