It was very convenient that three of the four bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms. The kitchen is spacious and functional. We also enjoyed the pool and pool table.

We were extremely happy with our stay at this Vrbo! The house was exceptionally clean and even better than we expected. Communication with the host was excellent—they were always quick to respond and even delivered things to us when we ran out. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would definitely stay here again!

PERFECT place for our family reunion for our 50th anniversary. Got 10 folks into the house and never felt cramped. Bring ice! Everything else is already here. Cool breeze in the evening. Tons of inside and outside seating and places to get away from everyone else. For the actual party, plenty of parking and still plenty of room.Nice view from almost everywhere.If we are ever back in this area, we are definitely coming back!

We loved staying here! The whole family was able to spread out and enjoy so much. The pool and pool toys were awesome. There were beach chairs and sand toys even. A very family friendly place, lots of space and overall clean.

We had a wonderful 7-night stay in San Diego! The host was extremely communicative throughout our trip. We ran into a small hiccup with some supplies being out of stock, but as soon as we mentioned it, she quickly ordered replacements and even sent over a s’mores kit for our kids — such a sweet, thoughtful touch. The house had something for everyone from a crib and high chair plus more and toys for the little ones to a pool table for the adults to enjoy. The only downsides were that the outdoor area hadn’t been cleaned in a while and there were a few dusty spots inside the house, though we’re confident the host would address this with her cleaning staff. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would recommend it!

Great space tucked in the hills of Vista!

Our stay here was amazing- beautiful property and the pool is much bigger than the photos show. Really enjoyed the large kitchen and open floor plan and the kids loved the pool, as well as the foosball and pool table. Having four bathrooms is a huge plus! Had a great view from the roof top deck to see a rocket launch.

Perfect house for a large group. We had 2 couples plus 4-18 year old boys.. lots of room to spread out. The outdoor space is the best part. Location is good. Close to Carlsbad & beaches..

Very quiet and beautiful neighborhood. The owners were very responsive to questions and feedback. Great option for the 7 of us. Each couple had their own bedroom and bathroom. Very nice outdoor space. The pool, hot tub, and pool table got lots of use!

Property needs a little wii work — a bit dated and pretty uncomfortable beds - particularly upstairs king. Covered in a slab of foam making it not firm enough. Bathroom drain is a bit dangerous as it’s sinking into the floor.Kitchen is well appointed as are family and game rooms.It fit our needs quite well.

Lots of Space for All - Beautiful Location!

My family gathered here for our Thanksgiving celebration. We were very pleased with all the space and activities for kids and adults of all ages to be entertained. The kitchen was very well stocked for cooking and serving. Beds were very comfortable. The property and view were beautiful! Great property and we'd highly recommend it to anyone looking to stay in the area.

Great stay!

Carla was very accommodating let us in a little bit early. Let us stay a little bit late. The only recommendation we would have is more lighting around the pool area. Be careful you don’t stub your toe. We had to deal with a little bit of June gloom, but all in all was a great stay, and the house was very accommodating for our large family and extended guests.

Peaceful with beautiful views

Our family of 3 (plus dog) needed to vacate our home and needed a peaceful place. This was a dream come true!! The view from the master bedroom is marvelous. Our daughter, 10, my husband and I easily commuted to school and work in Vista and then escaped to this peaceful haven for 3 weeks. What a gift to our sanity. Our dog loved it too and our dog walker came daily to take lovely walks.The house and grounds were clean. The pool/hot tub was clean and easy to use. They had everything we needed to cook dinners, do laundry and settle in. The game room was a fun addition. The owners were kind and communicated clearly. We highly recommend this location!!
