Tucked in a peaceful wooded neighborhood, this newly remodeled 4-bedroom, 2-bath family home blends open, light-filled living with cozy charm—just a 10-minute walk (.5 miles) to the beach and minutes from the heart of Manzanita. Perfect for multi-family gatherings or larger groups, this Getaway comfortably sleeps 10.



Sleeping Arrangements



• Bedroom 1: 1 King bed, Roku TV (use your streaming accounts), desk with dedicated workspace

• Bedroom 2: 1 Queen bed

• Bedroom 3: 1 Queen bed

• Bedroom 4: 1 Full bed + 3 Twin beds (2 bunks, one with full on bottom)





Kitchen & Dining



• Spacious, fully stocked kitchen with vaulted ceilings and natural light

• Coffee your way: Keurig, drip, and French press

• Large island and bar seating for casual meals and entertaining

• Bright, open layout with a cozy and no-mess (non-wood) fireplace

Guest Access:

You'll have access to the entire house and grounds. Up to 2 dogs are welcome, under 60 lb each.
