C'est une villa spacieuse et climatisée avec une grande piscine privée, située dans une zone rurale, mais à distance de marche de la ville et des plages. Il y a de magnifiques vues panoramiques de la villa sur la mer et les montagnes.

Le logement est équipé des équipements suivants :

A l'extérieur : Grande piscine privée, salon de jardin, terrasse clôturée, barbecue, espace enfants, table de ping-pong, parking privé.

Intérieur : Air conditionné partout (chauffe également pendant les mois les plus froids), Internet (Wi-Fi), cheminée, fer à repasser, coffre-fort, sèche-cheveux, 1 TV avec TV satellite (langues : espagnol, anglais, français), chaîne hi-fi, lecteur DVD, lit bébé et chaise haute. Des lits supplémentaires et des chaises hautes peuvent être loués moyennant un petit supplément journalier.

La piscine de cette villa est de taille très généreuse et mesure 9 mètres x 4,5 mètres. Il a une profondeur de 1 mètre à l'extrémité peu profonde et de 1,9 mètre à l'extrémité profonde.

Dans la cuisine américaine, les installations comprennent un réfrigérateur-congélateur, un four micro-ondes, un four, un lave-linge, un lave-vaisselle, de la vaisselle/couvert, des ustensiles de cuisine, une cafetière, un grille-pain, une bouilloire et un presse-agrumes.

La propriété dispose de deux salles de bains, chacune avec cabine de douche et wc. Il y a un wc supplémentaire situé à l'extérieur de la villa dans la zone de la terrasse de la piscine.

We had a great week, just what we needed, Plenty of sunshine and a variety of eaterys in Nerja town

The location was great just what we wanted, It is very well equipped so preparing breakfast and lunch was easy. Just outside the main town so very quiet with lovely views. The pool was very clean and plenty of sun beds, so if you like a little shadfull sun you are well catered for.

It’s the place to be on vacations !!! Near all the services, of the center of Nerja, of the beach.. Don’t hesitate to rent this amazing villa… just let me some periods to come back !!!

Very enjoyable stay at villa cornacajeo

The villa was very quaint and had a lot of Spanish charm and it catered for all culinary needs. The pool was excellent and my children enjoyed it each day. More lights around barbecue would be helpful in the evening

Excellent family holiday

I rented this villa with my partner and 5 month old and we had a superb time. The owner, Antonio, is really friendly and the team at Spain Sun Rentals (who host via VRBO) we’re very attentive, on hand to help out with anything - including taxi transfers and communicating with supermarkets for our online shop. It is a 15 minute walk into the city centre via a more gravel path, easily done in our sandals, or a 25 minute walk in a slightly different direction which was suitable with a pram. The outdoor space is perfect. The rooms aren’t very big but you have everything you need! Would really recommend the property.

We spent a week here as a family of four (kids age 6 and 10) as part of a mini road trip around southern Spain. We all loved the villa, and especially the private pool, which was really clean, just the right temperature and child friendly (although both our children are competent swimmers, the deep end felt quite deep) The rooms were spacious and airy, and the air-con was particularly welcome. The facilities in the kitchen were plentiful which meant we could cook a few evenings for ourselves. Eating all our meals out on the terrace was a particular highlight which we're now missing back at home! Having use of the proper BBQ on site was also very handy. We were able to park our hire car within the locked gates of the property. Although the property is quite remote (from Nerja central areas), the area still felt very safe with a handful of neighbouring properties. Access to the villa from the main roads was on unfinished roads, occasionally steep and bendy, but our hire coped perfectly fine. It is possible to walk to the nearby Lidl within a 15 min walkso, but this is up steep, narrow paths which can be difficult in the heat whilst carrying lots of groceries. We ate out some nights on both ends of Nerja town, but drove to the beach each time so can't comment on walking down/up from the beaches, but it is not a short stroll. The overall location of the villa is great for accessing the rest of Nerja, and a good base to explore other parts of Andalucia. We also met the owner, Antonio, who was very friendly, accommodating and gave us suggestions on places to visit.

Peace And Tranquility

The villa was spotlessly clean , very well equipped with every gadget imaginable. Ample hot water and clean towels. The pool area was sheltered and the pool spotless. There are many well established plants and trees result again a very comfortable stay. I would recommend this properly to anybody who needs three bedrooms.. the fellow was very secure with ample parking fire sliding metal gate. I would put the filler at the top of my return visit to the area. a larger television tuned to English stations.

NERJA 2024

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Nerja, petite ville Andalouse pleine de charme, station balnéaire très jolie et bien animée (restos, boutiques etc...). Paysages très beaux et petites criques magnifiques... La maison de location est très bien. C'est une maison rustique Andalouse, bien équipée avec une belle piscine et une vue magnifique sur la mer et la montagne. Le petit inconvénient est le chemin d'accès (sorte de terrain vague avant d'arriver et chemin chaotique jusqu'à la maison).Ca surprend au départ...mais on s'y fait sans problème. Le propriétaire (et voisin) Antonio est très accueillant et néanmoins très discret. Quant à l'agence, ils sont très réactifs en cas de besoin. Nous gardons tous un excellent souvenir de ces vacances et conseillons cette location sans problème. Merci à tous pour votre bon accueil

wonderfulp holiday

Very nice holiday villa overlooking Nerja, de mountains and the sea. Beautiful terraces. Fantastic service from Antonio, the neighbor / owner. The WhatsApp group with Spain Sun Rentals / Maribel worked really well. We had a good time here! The interior is a bit outdated. The villa did not have any supplies. Usually there are things that were in use by previous renters, like pepper, salt, vinegar, dish washing tablets and the like, but none of these were there.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt

Wir haben das Haus zu fünft bewohnt und waren sehr zufrieden. Das Zentrum von Nerja ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Nachts ist der Weg nicht beleuchtet. Mit dem Auto sind alle wichtigen Orte in Minuten erreichbar. Der Ausblick über die Dächer von Nerja auf das Meer ist wunderschön. Der Eigentümer wohnt nebenan und ist sehr freundlich. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur erfolgte in Englisch über WA und war bestens. Wir würden wieder kommen.

Top Location.

We had the pleasure to rent this villa over the past (2018-2022) years and spend our vacation there. The location of the villa is right at the edge of the town, so no disturbing noice during the day or night, but still everything at walking distance (bakery, bars, restaurants,convenience store, Balcony of europe). Beautiful landscape with mountains at the right side, valley in front and the sea at your left side. Parking space on both sides of the villa (one with automatic gate). A big 'thank you' for the owner Antonio who's living next door and always prepared to help you with whatever you need and Maribel from 'Spain Sun Rentals' for making our vacation such a enjoyable pleasant stay.

Perfect villa, with pool 10 minutes walk to city

Everything was Perfect, Quiet location, 10-15 minutes walk to city and nearest foodstore. 25 minutes to Buriana beach and Balcon de Europa. If you dont like go walk, car is recommended! Some steep hills to the house! Owner very service minded and helpfull! Accept from the dogs barking in the night We are very satisfied with the vacation! A lovely traditional Spanish home

We stayed for a month over Christmas 2020 and January 2021. The house is located within walking distance of Nerja but in an agricultural area near to the river and we were able to access some lovely country walks directly from the house . The views are really good and the terraces get the evening sun. The house is very traditional, perhaps a bit dated but it has a real charm and is also very comfortable. The armchairs in the living room are really comfy. The kitchen is excellently equipped with every conceivable pot, pan and electrical appliances . There are plenty of different seating areas both inside and out. The showers are powerful and the hot water very hot. The bed in the master bedroom is 4ft 6inches but very comfortable and for our winter stay the owners provided snuggly sheets. We found that the house needed a boost on heating in the evenings but the managing agent kindly organised a delivery of firewood for the fireplace in the living room. The managing agent was outstanding, communication was quick and easy , they couldn’t have done any more . They provided lots of advice and support which was appreciated as we were at the house during a time of increasing Covid restrictions . The owner who lives next door was friendly and spoke English . He made us feel very welcome and even gave us some oranges and avocado from his plot. He showed us some water pots in the house which were used by his grandmother to collect water from the river before the house was connected to the mains supply . We would really recommend this lovely home . It is utterly charming.
