The Space:

This cozy, thoughtfully-upgraded home features 3 private upstairs bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms—perfect for traveling professionals, families, or long-term guests. With 3 beds and a spacious layout, the home comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests max for an overnight stay. Clean linens are always provided to ensure everyone gets a restful night’s sleep.



Enjoy stylish interiors with modern furnishings, a beautifully restored vintage electric fireplace, a fully stocked kitchen, and an outdoor patio with a charcoal grill—great for game day cookouts.



The home includes fast WiFi, large Smart TV, hard floors, and central A/C to keep things cool in the Florida heat.



Shower essentials such as body wash, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, fresh towels, hand towels, and washcloths are always stocked for your stay.



Complimentary coffee, natural sugar, creamer, and herbal teas are also provided to start your mornings right!



A long private driveway and additional street parking ensure there's plenty of space for your group to park comfortably.



Guest Access:

The 1308 sqft house is set away from the quiet road, offering plenty of privacy. Full access to the home, including: kitchen with pots, pans, utensils, and other kitchen appliances, washer and dryer, HDTV, etc., with ample parking space.



No areas are shared with others.



The Neighborhood:

The neighborhood is secluded and quiet featuring the classic old Florida historic charm. The neighbors are friendly and keep to themselves. The streets are lined with traditional ranch style houses each with their own quirky aesthetics. The neighborhood is truly unique and one of a kind. No cookie-cutter suburban vibes here!



The location is only 4 miles from UF Shands, and not far from all the amenities Gainesville has to offer; including 2.5 miles to Ironwood Golf Course and 4 miles to H Spurgeon Cherry Westside Pool and Water Park!



Getting Around:

Vehicle dependent to get to and from property with plenty of parking on front yard.



Other Things to Note:

All three (3) bedrooms are on the 2nd floor so climbing stairs is required. Please park in the front yard closest to the house.

🙅‍♂️ NO unregistered guests (all guests must be on the reservation); $100 fee for each unregistered guest



📄Please keep in mind that to confirm your reservation, you will be required to fill out a Guest App, where you will have to upload a valid phone number and email so we can make sure to better cater to your stay. We will give you access to the form immediately after booking, and you will find all your booking information there (check-in/out info, early check-in / late check-out options, local guide, property details, etc.)



🎥 We have an active doorbell security camera outside to ensure the safety of guests and our home; it also helps us guarantee that all house rules are followed

🔊 We have an active noise decibel detector inside that detects excess noise and notifies us to prevent parties.

🔥 The charcoal grill is available for your use. We encourage you to bring your charcoal if you'd like to grill during your visit.

🙋You have been charged for the number of guests selected at the time of booking; for more than 6 guests, there is a $12 nightly charge per extra guest

🚮 If you are staying on a Wednesday night, please place the garbage can by the road that evening for pickup on Thursday Morning

🧹 Be respectful of the space (this is our home) and clean up reasonably after yourself

🗑️ Do not leave any trash outside - we like to keep our community beautiful. Trash days are on Thursdays. If your stay falls on that day, we'd really appreciate if you could pull the bin to the curb

🔧 Let us know immediately if you accidentally break or damage anything, or if anything isn’t working as it should

❕Double-check closets and grab all your things before heading out. Forgot something? We’re happy to help return it for a $30 handling fee plus shipping.



Cancellation Fees:

All cancelled reservations are subject to a 4% fee, even if cancelled within the free-cancellation period. During the free-cancellation period, your total refund will be 96% of the original booking amount—no exceptions. If you cancel outside the free cancellation period, normal cancellation penalties will apply.
