Only 1.8 miles from the Stadium and 4 miles from both Shands and North Florida Regional Medical Center.

Whether you’re here for a university event, our reputable hospitals, business, family or maybe to explore the nearby state parks and local springs, we are COMFORTABLY CLOSE to all of it yet also situated up against Loblolly woods. From the back porch you actually feel like you’re in the woods instead of right in town.

Although a busy street, the house is nestled up against Loblolly Woods, the back deck invites you to enjoy coffee or a cold drink while the sounds of nature push your cares away. Your pup can enjoy freedom in the fenced in yard.

Once inside, the house is a tranquil oasis. Settle in for a quiet dinner with the family and a movie night. Later, nestle under the quilts on a brand new queen gel mattress. When you get up, the coffee and tea area is stocked and ready for you!

>Kitchen gadgets for preparing meals & desserts!

>Ironing board & iron
>Extra blankets
>Board games & cards
>For Fido we provide bowls, waste bags and treats.

Our office room also offers a queen size bed, thus the house sleeps up to 8.

The television is a 65” smart TV. We have an antenna but do not offer cable. Feel free to log into your own streaming services. We hope you enjoy the many choices offered by this “way-smarter-than-me” TV! If you’re looking for a special live athletic event, we suggest Gator Dockside right around the corner! Try the wings!

A terrific neighborhood for outdoor activities. Loblolly Woods & WestSide Park are literally right here! The park offers: basketball, baseball, exercise trail, playground, swimming pool and tennis! Pet friendly however leashes are required.

Gainesville is easy to navigate by car but if you’re gonna drink, please use services like Uber or Lyft or taxi services.

There is plenty of private parking on the property for up to four vehicles. If arriving after dark, look for café lights in the front yard.

We also ask that, if bringing a pet, you pick up their poops from the yard. Bags are provided as well as a shovel if you’d rather toss it over the fence into the woods. Please, for the health of all our canine guests, leave the yard sanitary. Housekeeping does not patrol the yard. We feel this is a responsibility of all pet owners no matter where you are. Thanks for being good pet owners!
