We enjoyed our stay. Only negative was furniture is not plus size friendly. Very much dorm style furnishings. We had a group of 12. 6 kids ages 4-10 The kids loved it. Each had their own bunk bed. They loved the games and the yard was large and fenced in. Every room had TV so we could separate the kids as needed. The air conditioner worked exceptionally well. We would highly recommend this rental. Jared was very responsive and attentive.

Our stay could not have gone more smoothly or been more comfortable. The house was clean, comfortable and exactly as described in the listing. The host was very easy to communicate with and our group enjoyed our stay immensely.

Let me start by saying, this property is beautifully decorated. We loved the layout of the home and we enjoyed having all of the space. Having a washer and dryer in the house was a big bonus as we used it every day we were there. We didn't use the amenities outside but they had several lawn chairs and a little putt putt golf area that was very small. The inside of the house had a game room but unfortunately we didn't have time to play much. Beds were comfortable, showers had good water pressure and plenty of hot water. Area was safe and we even had a food truck next door! We ended up trying the catfish on two occasions and it was good!We would stay at this property again!

Housekeeping needs to step it up whomever it may be. We washed the sheets because we found hair and or what we think were scabs between the sheet and mattress cover on all but one bed. The hosts were great though and aside from the sheets everything else was really clean. The one mini golf club that we did find was broken which really bummed the kids out. There was was an internet outage that was completely out of the hosts hands but they were awesome in communication and even had doughnuts and cinnamon rolls delivered for our inconvenience. Overall we enjoyed our stay..

Great Stay

I recently stayed at this VRBO and had a great experience. The house was exactly as shown in the photos—exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The host was very responsive and communicated well. The location was convenient for accessing UF campus and town, which I appreciated. Overall, I would recommend this property for its cleanliness and amenities.

Great House and Host

We were super pleased with the house, it was perfect for our group, and only a few minutes away from the Dwight H. Hunter - Northeast pool. The host was very responsive before and during our stay. Home is stocked well and beds were comfy. The neighborhood is older, but the home is new so overall it was a great experience.

House was very nice and clean. Pretty close to downtown and UF campus. Owner was great with communication & went above & beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Digital lock was super easy for coming and going. Arcade games were fun. We had a great stay!

Cool and fun house- Arcade is a blast!

The stay was fantastic. Really good location for where we needed to be. Jared was a fantastic host and jumped on everything that we needed. The arcade in the bunk room is a ton of fun for us all (and even for the 50+ crowd who will be able to recognize and play some of the video games in the old arcade style. The beds were very comfortable and the place was exceptionally clean and well stocked. Would love to stay there again sometime.

Review of our stay: subpar cleanliness and poorly maintained. Misleading property.

While we appreciate the owner sharing their home, we were quite disappointed with its condition. We found the listing description to be misleading, as the house did not appear to be well-maintained or ready for guests.Cleanliness was subpar throughout the home—the floors and walls were visibly dirty, some dishes had obvious visible food residue all over them haphazardly placed in cabinets, and many pillows, blankets, and rugs were dirty and stained.We also encountered several maintenance issues. The backyard was unusable due to overgrown grass, and we found visible mold and mildew on the ceilings, shower curtains, and exhaust fans in the bathrooms. A showerhead was leaking, and towel racks were loose or hanging from the walls. The "putt-putt area" was nothing more than a small, broken doormat. It’s honestly hard to only attach 8 photos to show the lack of care and cleanliness witnessed in the home. Although dissatisfied and disappointed, we are confident that if these issues are addressed, the property could offer a much better experience for future guests.
