Pleasant stay at the Holywood beach. Communication was great, and a nice place to stay close to everything. This is our third time staying at the Tides.

Spring Break

Listing was accurate. The traffic on S Ocean Drive was very loud at night on friday, saturday and sunday mainly from motorcycle and sport cars. Staff at the facility was very nice. The pool was warm and nice. The beach access was easy.

We had a great time. A lot to do in the area. Apartment was clean. Easy access to beach. Check in process was a bit lengthy. Would have liked to have info in the room explaining the laundry card.

The unit was pretty good, the location is excellent! The unit was well stocked with chairs and beach stuff including toys which was really nice. Overall, I would stay again. Some things that can be made better and why it got 4 stars instead of 5.The pans in the unit were way past their life and badly scratched up, but after messaging they said they would ship a new set the next day. Given we needed to cook, I went and bought one and they reimbursed me. Something that they should have proactively taken care of and not required a shopping visit for me.The annoying part was that there was limited trash bags, dishwasher soap. These are fairly cheap items and having to make a trip to get all these was painful and un-necessary. The vacation rental company could easily include a few more of these to make life easier - or just charge a few bucks and supply it.The building: Parking was straightforward and easy, but do factor in the FOB fees (mandatory 30/2 adults). Any Amazon packages or deliveries are charged 7.

Nice apartment, ideal pool and beach location

The apartment was as advertised, clean comfortable. Pool great beach a few steps away. The apartment is minimally equipped as compared to others. One soap , no teaspoons, no measuring cups. minimal minimal kitchen items . The bathroom is nice but no wall shelves in shower everything goes on floor. Beds very comfortable. Would recommend this property. Paoblo was excellent no complaints at all he was great

Birthday Weekend Getaway

This was my 1st time staying in a condo in Ft. Lauderdale (normally rent homes) but this was a well kept, beautiful 1bedroom condo! Elianne responds quickly to any questions you may have and upon check-in, Pablo, the property manager is absolutely amazing!!! He was very helpful during my stay here, such a great personality! A few things; - I visit Florida every year. We have friends and family that live here and so they like to visit us during our time here. I didn’t like the fact that valet parking has to be paid daily for those outside guests and so I was only able to have one visitor as to not to inconvenience our family/friends members with daily valet fees. If you are just vacationing and not expecting anyone to visit than this will be a perfect spot, I would highly recommend as it’s beautiful and nearby many restaurants. -the bathroom does not have a bar soap holder I don’t think I’ll stay here again only because of the inconvenience of parking for outside guests, but other than that, it’s a well kept condo and both the owner and property manager are quick to respond to any inquiries you may have! Thank you Elianne and Pablo for everything!

Enjoyed My Stay

Nice condo, view was good, so was the access to the beach. Checkin was a little complicated, but I was able to figure it out and how things worked around the building. I would stay there again when I'm back in town.

Perfect stay!!

This condo was everything as expected. It was clean, bright and modern touch decor. Elianne and Pablo are very nice and accommodating!! We traveled with my mother and she’s bougie and hard to please, but she approved the condo so that’s a plus!! Would definitely come back again.

Great beach and working remotely getaway.

I really enjoyed my one-month stay while working remotely. The host was very responsive, nice, and accommodating. I enjoyed the pool area (tropical and resort like) and the beach right outside of the building. There are a lot of families staying in this building. This apartment and location is amazing if you are looking for that. It is about 45 minutes to downtown Miami, and 20 minutes to Fort Lauderdale. Theres a few grocery options close by, as well as restaurants and bars. The Hollywood boardwalk is 1 mile away, which I often took my runs there. The apartment felt very homie and spacious, and had all the basic kitchen utilities needed. It had beach chairs, extra pillows, towels, sheets, and blankets. Comfortable couch and large TV in the bedroom and living room with cable, Netflix, etc. The room does not have much lighting, but the living room area does. Note that the walls are thin, so you could often hear the neighbors next door, including from your bedroom. Thanks for the stay and great memories! :)

Great location

Nice place..unfortunately I had medical emergency and had to leave. Hope owner will have mercy and give us a bit of a refund. Hope to rent again next year.

The apartment was exactly as pictured,very bright and clean . As a meter of fact it was the only appartment that I haven't had to clean or wash some things on the very first day . Apartment is very bright and has everything you might need during your stay. Exelent location with very nice and cozy pool area with just a few steps to the Ocean. Great for family get away, nice and quiet neiborhood . Relatively small fees for the parking. Elianne always responded in a timely manner .Uppon arrival Roberto showed us around and made sure that everything is in place and in working condition.We had a great time and will definitely come back next year.
