To ensure a respectful environment for our neighbors and future guests, any violation of these rules may result in guests being asked to leave the property immediately without refund.

🐾 Pet Policy:
One dog under 50 lbs allowed with a $175 non-refundable fee. Pets must not be left alone unless kenneled, and are not allowed on furniture. Guests must clean up the yard during their stay. Additional cleaning or damage fees may apply.

Loud noise is prohibited after 10:00pm and before 9:00am per City Ordinance enforced by the local authorities. Failure to adhere to city ordinances will result in immediate eviction.

NO STREET PARKING! The driveway has space for 4 cars.

This home is centrally located in a prime area—just minutes from Mayo Clinic, UNF, and the beach. Please note, it`s on a busy, high-traffic road, so you may hear traffic noise while outside and occasionally indoors. We’ve provided white noise machines in the bedrooms to help ensure a restful night’s sleep.

Refund Policy
All refunds are subject to a non-refundable 3.9% processing fee (per Stripe’s policy).
To ensure you will have a 5-star experience, we require a rental agreement to be signed upon booking. The agreement will need to be signed before check in information is provided.
