I enjoyed my stay here. It’s only a few blocks from a number of restaurants and locations of interest, including the Broadberry and the museums. The property was very clean and spacious. Great location to get around in Richmond.

This lovely two bedroom apartment on a beautiful street in downtown Richmond was perfect for our short trip. Beautifully furnished and clean with everything needed. The hosts were wonderful and extremely helpful. We will definitely stay again next time we visit Richmond.

Clean and efficient second floor apartment on a charming and quiet street. Kitchen is well stocked but why cook when you are a short walk (one mile or less) to: Garnett's, Idle Hands, Scoops, 8 1/2 Pizza, Black Hand Coffee and many more. VMFA is also walkable and Cary Town if you want to get your steps in. I was traveling solo and felt very safe. Hassan is close by and ready help if needed. The beds are new and comfortable with new and fresh bedding. The photos show show older ones.

The host was very friendly and helpful. We came to Richmond for the marathon and the place was in a perfect location for the marathon. Felt very safe and could easily walk to restaurants. Plenty of street parking.

Host was very polite we arrived late for our concert because traffic was so terrible getting in was frazzled and couldn't find door codes to get in my message lucky host lived below and let us in and resent the codes even asked if I need help with my bags very clean property in a quite neighborhood rear in Richmond there are two separate door to enter that made me feel protective and private would stay again if I was ever in the area 10 out 10 would recommend

Hassan is extremely accessible and accommodating. The place was very clean and comfortable in a central location of Richmond. The apartment had quality furnishings, and the kitchen had high quality pots, pans and utensils. We are making this apartment as our "Go To" apartment when we next visit Richmond

This was a great place to stay. 2 clean bedrooms and 1 full bathroom was exactly what we needed. Parking is on the street, but we never had an issue finding a spot in front of the apartment. Walking distance to plenty of restaurants and breweries and a quick drive to the rest of Richmond. Highly recommend and will definitely look to stay here again!

This was the perfect spot, gorgeous and safe little neighborhood. The entrance was easy and key code on the door was very straightforward. The kitchen and bathroom were everything you would need for an extended stay. The air settings automatically adjust on entry to the space. The bed I slept on was very comfortable and the pillows were perfect (a big deal in my mind). I was solo but would be a great place to share with a small family or couple. As I was leaving for an evening out, I encountered the owner who was just downstairs. He was very pleasant and offered to help with anything should I need it. He also offered to provide recommendations for restaurants and things to do in the area. Very very nice experience overall. I can highly recommend without hesitation whatsoever!

Perfect stay in delightful, historical Richmond area called The Fan

The owner was very prompt and clear in communication, lives in the same building, so greeted us warmly, the property was clean and cozy and well appointed. The neighborhood is close to so many sites we wanted to see. Parking can be a little challenging in that area, but nothing we weren't able to work around.

Beautiful Historic Property

This was a wonderfiul place to stay for our family. 2 adults and 2 teens. Check in was easy, the poperty owner was great. He answered all questions and was available anytime we needed something. The neighborhood it beautiful and quiet. Lots of museums, restaurants and things to do within walking distance. Parkiing is on the road and always alot of available spots. We will stay here again.

Greatest host! Wants you to feel comfortable and he is welcoming, with much attentive to details. Great location, super feeling of safety but within the fun parts of the city. Museums, Carytown, restaurants all so accessible. He's there if you need anything but not intrusive at all. Don't be worried about the parking...you feel like you're part of the neighborhood. I would definitely want to stay there again..
