Sunset Cove is a 3-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom home for up to 14 guests in a gated community in Blue Mountain Beach, right next to the community pool. A 6-seater golf cart is included, and the beach, restaurants and 30A attractions are a short ride away.

The open living area has a large sectional sofa and a TV, and it flows into the kitchen and dining area. The kitchen has stainless appliances, granite countertops and an island with bar seating, plus a combination single-serve and traditional coffee maker, a toaster and a blender.

The third-floor Primary Suite has a king bed, a smart TV, a spacious closet and a private bathroom with a soaking tub, a walk-in shower and dual vanities. On the first floor, Bedroom 2 has a king bed and twin-over-twin bunks, each bunk with its own smart TV, plus a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The third-floor Bunk Room has two queen-over-queen bunk beds, a smart TV and a private bathroom with a tub/shower combination. A half bathroom completes the layout.

Outside, covered balconies offer plenty of seating, and the home has a private EV charger. The community also has fire pits and a community grill.
