Welcome to Whitlock, a stunning six-bedroom brownstone in the heart of Cobble Hill. This spacious 5,700-square-foot home has been fully renovated while keeping its original charm. It features a rare backyard resistance pool, multiple outdoor spaces, and bright interiors across several levels. With six bedrooms, four full bathrooms, three half baths, and two home offices, it's ideal for families or groups looking for space and comfort. The parlor level opens to a private terrace that overlooks the landscaped garden below.
The open kitchen includes high-end appliances, marble countertops, a large island, and a walk-in pantry with wine fridge. The garden level has its own kitchen, bedroom, and living space, perfect for guests or extended stays. The primary suite offers a fireplace, custom walk-in closet, and spa-like bathroom with soaking tub, rain showers, and heated floors. Upstairs, four bedrooms connect through a skylit mezzanine and loft lounge with terrace access. Two laundry areas and plenty of storage add extra convenience.
This residence combines indoor comfort with outdoor living, including a finished basement for entertainment or workouts, a wine cellar, and modern systems throughout. This Cobble Hill home is both warm and impressive, offering a true Brooklyn escape.

Families and young professionals reside in many of the brownstones and single-family homes that line the leafy streets. With many independent shops, trendy boutiques and specialty food markets, as well as schools and playgrounds, the area has a village vibe.
Other Things to Note:
Pets are not allowed at this property. Rove requires a property rental agreement to be signed by the primary guest prior to arrival for all reservations at this home.
As a reminder, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking will result in a odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000 as well as possible removal from the property.
Security Deposit Policy:
- Stays up to 89 nights: $2,500 credit hold
- Stays between 90 and 179 nights: $5,000 credit hold
- Stays of 180 nights or longer: Cash security deposit equal to one monthâs rent
All security deposits are processed as a credit card hold 2 days prior to arrival and released 2 days after departure, or as a bank transfer for stays of 180 nights or longer.
