Hardwood floors bring a touch of elegance, while modern amenities like a dishwasher and a fully stocked kitchen cater to your every need. For added convenience, a washer and dryer are at your disposal, ensuring all the comforts of home. this home affords the tranquility of a quiet street alongside the accessibility of city life. Youâre just a leisurely stroll away from the lush landscapes of Brooklyn Bridge Park and the seamless connectivity offered by the nearby IRT, BMT, and IND Trains, making city exploration effortless.
To finalize your reservation, all guests must pass a mandatory third-party screening process.

Locals gather at the longstanding bars and restaurants along Henry Street.
Other Things to Note:
Pets are not allowed at this property. Rove requires a property rental agreement to be signed by the primary guest prior to arrival for all reservations at this home.
As a reminder, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking will result in a odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000 as well as possible removal from the property.
Monthly Housekeeping Policy:
For all reservations with stays of 60 nights or longer, a full mid-stay cleaning by our housekeeping team is required every 30 days. The required mid-stay cleaning fee(s) will be invoiced immediately prior to the service and upon coordination of a suitable date and time for the cleaning to take place.
Security Deposit Policy:
- Stays up to 89 nights: $2,500 credit hold
- Stays between 90 and 179 nights: $5,000 credit hold
- Stays of 180 nights or longer: Cash security deposit equal to one monthâs rent
All security deposits are processed as a credit card hold 2 days prior to arrival and released 2 days after departure, or as a bank transfer for stays of 180 nights or longer.
