Despite the name, Pine River Pond is actually a full-sized lake — in New Hampshire many lakes are historically called “ponds.”

Pine River Pond is known as one of the clearest lakes in the Lakes Region, with excellent water quality and beautiful natural surroundings.

The lake covers over 570 acres, offering plenty of open water for swimming, kayaking, paddleboarding, and boating while still maintaining a peaceful, uncrowded feel compared to larger tourist lakes.

Its clean sandy areas, clear water, and scenic shoreline make it a favorite for families and guests looking for a relaxing lake experience without heavy boat traffic.

Sunset Cove is located in a quiet residential lakeside neighborhood with many year-round residents. This home is best suited for families and guests looking for a relaxing lake getaway.

To remain compliant with our homeowners association:

• Primary guest must be 25+ to book
• Maximum occupancy: 10 guests total on property
• All guests must be listed on the reservation
• Government-issued ID may be required prior to check-in

Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM

Exterior Ring cameras and noise monitoring are in place.

Snow removal is provided for plowable snowfall but timing may vary during active storms.

The driveway and access road are dirt surfaces and may remain snow-packed or icy in winter. Guests should expect natural winter conditions.
