This cream-coloured house is decorated with stylish white interiors, building a relaxing and welcoming environment. This two-story home invites for peace and tranquility with its large windows all facing the mediterranean sea. It has two separate outdoor areas, a terrace on the upper floor and a private garden, equipped with a dining area in the lower level. Both master bedrooms are located in the lower floor and are equipped with large bathtubs. We recommend opening the bedroom windows and running a hot bath with candles to fully connect with the luxurious de-stressing entourage!

The house has a total of three bedrooms: Two doubles on the lower ground and a single on the top floor. There are 3 washrooms in the property: both bottom bedrooms have a full bathroom each and, as seen on the photos, the top bathroom (Bathroom 3) is a shower room with a shower and sink.

The house is part of the Punta na Jordi community and benefits from ample outdoor private parking spaces and beautifully maintained green areas, flooded with flowers and greenery. It also counts with a large communal swimming pool and a chic sunbathing area which overlooks the mediterranean sea. Sounds ideal right?

Although the house is located in a very relaxing and nature-connected residential area, it has the benefit of being a mere 20 minute drive away from some of the preferred nightlife and hospitality towns in Mallorca. The town of Costa de los Pinos, filled with elegant restaurants, is only a 20 minute drive. Additionally, Cala Rajada, known for being the up-and-coming, vibrant nightlife town of Mallorca is also a 20 minute drive from this house.

If you are looking for a more sporty experience, the house is also perfect for that. A five minute drive from the Sa Marina house is the Cap Vermell Gran Hotel, which allows non-residents to enjoy the benefits of its Tennis and Padel courts, as well as private gym and spa for a fee. We can also help you book private tennis and Padel instructors if you wish. Additionally, some of the island's preferred Golf courses are also in the vicinity of the house. Golf Canyamel (7 minute drive), Golf Capdepera (15 minute drive), and Sera de Pula Golf (20 minute drive) can be booked in advance and regularly organise informal tournaments.
