Very pleasant home to stay in. Great communication with the host and the house was very accommodating for all our needs. Kitchen was great for baking, the home was clean, along with the hot tub, and the yurt was an amazing addition for our family. And with views, we would definitely choose this home again for our vacation.

We really enjoyed our stay. The location is great with a beautiful ocean view. We loved having a jacuzzi, which made our stay even more relaxing. We would definitely come back again.

What a view!!! Looking at mountains, Homer Spit, and airports down below. The only 'con' was road noise during the day from street below.

This is a lovely spot, more than I expected. Kitchen was very well supplied along with everything you could possibly need. The hot tub was wonderful.

Great “home base” for Homer! Our group of 5 had plenty of spaces. The home is just as described, and host is very responsive. You cannot beat the VIEW! Explore the rest of skyline drive - scenic overlook, wildlife observation, and we saw a moose at the far end.

The hot tub was perfect temp and clean. House was very clean and cozy. The yurt was awesome and spacious and kept its temp. We’re going to buy the knife set they have there because they were sharper than your honors student. 10/10 amazing and the view was to die for

This property provided such a comfortable and luxurious spot for our stay in Homer. From the views of the spit, to the hot tub, to the yurt, it was truly a great stay. The kitchen was well-stocked for all of our cooking needs. We found some loose spindles on the deck railing and the issue wasn't fully resolved while we were there, but the host mgmt co did respond as soon as we reported it. There's also a strong odor in one of the main floor bedroom bathrooms. Minor issues overall.

Views were amazing. We did run into issues with the heat and not hearing back from property maintenance. The property itself was nice on the interior, but not deep cleaned. Communication was super delayed. Recommend for an over night stay, not for more then a few days.

This place was sparkling clean, tastefully decorated, and fully stocked with anything we might need in the kitchen. We loved the deck overlooking Homer Spit and the bay, the hot tub was heavenly and easy to use, and the house was easy to find. The space was great for hanging out together but everyone had adequate individual space for bedtime as well. We did not use the yurt but we checked it out and it was very cute. We were fortunate enough to see a black bear walking by from the deck, which was very cool.
