Thank you for your detailed and thoughtful feedback—we’re so glad to hear you had a great overall stay and that the location worked well for your visit! We truly appreciate you calling out the screen door suggestion. That’s a very helpful insight, especially regarding airflow and keeping bugs out, and we’ll be sharing this with our team as we look at potential improvements to the home. We’re also very sorry for the unannounced visit—that’s absolutely not the experience we want for our guests. We understand how unsettling that must have been, especially for your family, and we sincerely apologize again for the disruption. We’ve addressed this internally to ensure better communication and protocols moving forward. We’re grateful for your understanding and really appreciate that you’d consider staying with us again. We’d love to host you and your family on your next visit!

Sunsets from this property really are something, and we are glad you got to enjoy them. Good to hear the home was clean and comfortable throughout your stay as well. Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback directly with us. It has been passed along to our team so those items can be addressed, and we appreciate you thinking about future guests in the process. We hope to have the opportunity to host you again.
