The open-concept great room features a cozy wood-burning stone fireplace, an oversized sectional, and direct access to a back deck—perfect for lounging, grilling on the gas BBQ, or simply soaking in the fresh mountain air. The fully equipped kitchen includes granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a large center island with bar seating, and everything you need to cook and entertain. Two dining areas offer plenty of seating for group meals.

Also on the main level is the primary suite with a queen bed, deck access, and an ensuite bathroom with dual vanity, soaking tub, and separate shower. Across the hall is a second queen bedroom full of natural light, along with a convenient half bath and a laundry area.

Upstairs, you'll find a kid-friendly loft hangout accessed by ladder—an ideal space for play or quiet time. There's also a third bedroom with a queen bed and a fourth bedroom designed as a bunkroom with three twin-over-twin bunks that sleep six. The bunkroom has its own ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower combo, and there's a shared full bathroom across the hall for the other upstairs guests.

Downstairs is where the fun continues with a large media and game room featuring a sectional sofa, bean bags, a foosball table, and a flat-screen TV. This level also includes a kitchenette and bar area with a full sink, refrigerator, and storage—perfect for movie night snacks or accommodating multiple families. Included with your rental are six (6) guest cards providing access to the amenities available in Tahoe Donner. Each guest card allows access for one (1) guest over the age of 3. Daily/non-transferable fee for rental guest per person per day. Children under 3 are free.

2. Parking for 6 vehicles. Street parking is prohibited year-round.
3. Driveway is slightly downward sloping. A 4WD is highly recommended during the winter months.
