Amenez votre famille élargie et profitez de cette spacieuse maison de 6 chambres à Dollar Point avec un acc��s aux commodités HOA complètes.  Une promenade facile à la piscine Dollar Point et des courts de tennis pendant les mois d'été, cette maison est un endroit idéal pour des vacances heureuses! Avec deux espaces de vie et deux côtés de la maison, cette maison est bien située pour deux familles qui peuvent chacune avoir leur propre espace.  Apportez votre chien pour que toute la famille puisse profiter de la grande cour arrière clôturée! 
Après être entré dans le garage de deux voitures ou la porte d'entrée, vous trouverez un salon, une salle à manger et une cuisine dans la partie avant de la maison. Hors du coin petit-déjeuner dans la cuisine est une chambre avec un lit king size avec une salle de bain complète et une laverie dans le hall. 
Vers l'arrière de la maison il y a un deuxième salon et une salle à manger combinée avec une cheminée de travail. Les escaliers m��nent aux chambres de l'aile ouest qui comprend une salle de bain complète et deux chambres; une avec deux lits superposés et une autre avec une reine.  L'aile est à l'étage a une cage d'escalier séparée à l'avant de la maison. Cette zone a un bain de couloir et trois chambres à coucher; une avec deux jumeaux, une autre avec une reine, et la chambre principale du roi et salle de bain. 
Cette maison est proche des pistes de ski, du centre-ville de Tahoe et de la belle plage de Dollar Point HOA et de ses commodités.

Great for large group

Very comfortable for 3 generations of family. Easy to feel at home in this cabin with a large yard. No problems with wi-fi. Dog friendly!!!

Lake Tahoe Vacation House

The house was beautiful and perfectly sized for the three families that stayed there. It is conveniently located near Tahoe City and some hiking trails. I would stay here again.

Family vacation

We really enjoyed the ease with the check in process and Katie gave us great customer service. The house was very comfortable and well stocked with everything we needed to make our vacation a great one. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything from any size pan you could need to spices, dish towels, and even various can and bottle openers. It seems that they took extra care to make sure the house was equipped with almost anything that you could need to make your stay a comfortable one. Being a pet friendly house was a great plus for us. The location was perfect and it was a great central location to various outdoor activities. Our family trip was was made better because of the place we stayed.

It’s different to find rentals that offer the space this rental did. Our family likes individual space and we had it. The house is sort of weird. Like two houses connected by a kitchen and dining room. The back half has a dining room/family room with large screen tv. Upstairs is a queen room, 2 bunk bed room and bathroom/shower.The front part of the house has a living room, king room and bathroom/shower/laundry room. Upstairs is a queen edroom, twin bed bedroom, bathroom with tub/shower and a Master Suite with private bathroom. There is a garage in which fits a compact suv and perhaps a smart car. Four compact suvs can fit in the driveway. All parking must be off street so definitely only 2 BIG cars/trucks could fit in the driveway.The kitchen had about everything one would need. The large dining table in the back part of the house could fit 10 if 2 individuals sat at each end. There was also a deck with a table and chairs just outside the back section of the house. Great access to biking, hiking and walking trails. Tahoe City is just 2 miles down the road. We hit the Farmers Market in Tahoe City, Thunderbird Lodge, the Donner Tunnels, the trail from Incline to Sand Harbor and family members biked and hiked in the area. The tub/shower didn’t function correctly and that was reported to the rental company. The garage door opener didn’t work upon arrival and immediately a replacement was delivered. We had a great time and you will too.

Hi Marcia, Thanks so much for your review! We're glad to know that Dollar Point Lodge worked well for your extended family and hope we can host you again soon. Maintenance checked out the issue you reported with the tub/shower, but they couldn't replicate the problem. All shower and tub faucets were working properly.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Dollar point lodge was a good choice for our group of twelve. But why have a message board if no one looks at it!?!? We requested early check in months before. We did not get in early and were told it was becauseOf cleaning. When we did get in there were glasses out that had been used and dirt piles in corners of kitchen. There had been no one there the night before so why not early check in? And why wasn’t it cleaned!? We paid loads of money for 2 nights and would recommend the house for a large group but maybe not recommend the company that manages it! On a positive note on Saturday morning when the coffee maker didn’t work I called and they brought a working one right over. Silver lining?

Hi Faith, Although we do our best to honor requests for early check-ins, we simply cannot guarantee it due to the nature of our business. You notified us well in advance that you were hosting an event in another town on your arrival day, and that the event's start time was the same as our check in time. We advised you that the only way we could guarantee an early check-in was for you to book the preceding night. You chose not to do so. By signing our rental agreement when you booked in back in May, you agreed to a 4 PM check-in, but at some point decided to host an event 15 miles away that started at exactly the same time. We don't feel we should be held accountable for the conflict in timing. Again, we're happy to honor early arrival requests if possible, but circumstances didn't allow for it this time. We're sorry it worked out the way it did and have addressed the cleaning items you noted with the housekeeper.

Amazing winter getaway home

My parents, nephews, my husband & I all went on this 4 day trip together. The kids were sooo excited & were so amazed at the size of this house & loved they could play in the snow in the backyard as much as they wanted. Grocery stores & little shops were all nearby which was great too. I would definitely recommend staying here & am hopeful we will be able to take this trip again next year.

Property worked great for our 2 sons and families. However was a little disappointed on the homeowners upkeep of the house. Carpets bottom bedroom and stairs were in much need of cleaning. A few minor pick me ups (painting) would make this a much more desirable place. Rental agency was great to work with Great location

Great space for two families - and a wonderful yard!

We enjoyed our stay at the Dollar Lodge! While the home is in need of some deep cleaning and updating, the bones were great, and having 6 bedrooms and 4 baths gave our two families plenty of room to comfortably spread out! The yard was fantastic - room to sit in the sun, play cornhole and other games - very nice!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We spent quite a bit of the winter in this home. The pictures don't do it justice. It is roomy and comfortable. There are plenty of places to hide away and plenty of room to congregate and spend time together. The bedrooms are well organized and the materials and facilities are well cared for. It feels like a lived in home, but one that has been managed with care. The location is great and from it is an easy walk to the lake and to trails across the 89. I look forward to staying in this home again.
