Nestled between two parks, this exquisite property offers breathtaking views and easy access to pristine beaches and hiking. Unwind and reconnect with loved ones in the private TV lounge, enjoy a friendly horseshoe competition, or gather in the gourmet chef’s kitchen. With 3 beautifully appointed bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, Landing House is the perfect place to create lasting memories.

Start your morning on the southeast-facing deck, sipping our favorite brew while listening to the calming rhythm of ocean waves. Our fully-stocked coffee, hot chocolate, and tea station includes everything you need for the perfect morning ritual: ground coffee beans, pods, a French Press, drip coffee maker, Keurig, burr-style grinder, and electric kettle.

Outside, breathe in the fresh coastal air while lounging in Adirondack chairs or enjoying breakfast at the picnic table with stunning views of the ocean and surrounding hills. As the day winds down, fire up the grill and enjoy a barbecue dinner al fresco.

In the backyard, gather around the fire pit in cozy Adirondack chairs or enjoy a meal at the outdoor dining table on the back deck. The space is designed for connection and play—featuring a bocce ball court, horseshoe pits, and plenty of room for kids or pups to roam free in the fully fenced yard.

The chef’s kitchen is a dream for home cooks and bakers alike—complete with a KitchenAid stand mixer, blender, waffle maker, bread maker, Cuisinart food processor, and all the essential cookware and bakeware. From casual breakfasts to family feasts, we’ve thought of everything.

Working remotely? You’ll have no trouble staying connected. Two of the bedrooms include a writing desk and chair, and the home has strong Starlink Wi-Fi throughout, perfect for Zoom calls or remote work.

After a day of adventure, relax in the inviting living room by the gas fireplace, stream your favorite shows on the HDTV, or unwind with a book or board game.
