Private pool (heat opt), pet friendly, and a 2-min walk to the ocean at Ocean Isle Beach NC!

Stocked with all the amenities needed for a relaxing vacation: bed and bath linens, hand soap, smart TVs, and an optional pool heater.

Ground floor: outdoor shower, pool, tiki bar, private entrance to ground floor apartment with queen bedroom, full bath with tub/shower combo, kitchenette, living room with futon, and private laundry.

Second floor: 2 king bedrooms, 1 queen bedroom, 1 bunk room with two sets of twin over twin bunks, laundry/utility room. Access to decks on front and back of house. Jack and Jill style bathrooms shared between two bedrooms (see diagram in photos). Open concept kitchen, dining and large living room.

Landscaping and pool maintenance services ensure a clean and comfortable stay any time of year!

The entire property will be yours during your stay! You’ll have full use of the pool, tiki bar and downstairs apartment.

Exceptions: owners closet on ground floor (locked with keypad), owners closet in ground floor apartment, across from laundry area (locked with keypad). Attempted access of these spaces may result in additional fees.

Bed and bath linens included (bring your own beach towels!)

A limited amount of toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, dish detergent, k-cups, and dish soap is provided, but you will likely need to purchase more for your stay.

Pool is serviced daily during the summer and 3-4 times per week in the fall. Landscaping services provided twice per month. All landscaping is pet friendly (non-toxic).

Fiber internet provided, along with smart TVs in each room. Feel free to log in to your own streaming service account during your stay, but please log out before you go.


Security Deposit Information: A $500 security deposit will be authorized as a temporary hold on your credit card three days prior to your checkout. Assuming the property is found in good order and checkout instructions followed, this hold will be automatically released 2-3 business days after your departure. In no event will the security deposit be withheld without prior written notice to the guest.
