•There is no front desk on the property. Guest check-in at Hawaii Vacation Condos by OUTRIGGER’s office located at the Kings’ Shops, 69-250 Waikoloa Beach Drive, Suite B13.

•Comfortable 2nd floor walk-up townhome overlooking the Kalauipua’a Historic Park

•No elevators; persons must be able to climb stairs to enter unit

•Fully equipped kitchen includes full size refrigerator, stovetop/oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, rice cooker, coffee maker, blender, cookware and tableware

•Welcome essentials kit includes coffee, sugar, creamer, dish soap, sponge, paper towels, dishwasher detergent & laundry detergent

•Master bedroom has 1 king bed with ensuite with separate tub and shower

•Loft area has twin trundle bed

•Guest bedroom has 1 queen bed

•Guest bathroom has shower/tub combination

•Bath amenities include conditioning shampoo, bar soap, hair dryer

•A maximum of two vehicles is allowed per rental unit at the Palm Villas. The first vehicle must be parked in the garage and the second in an unassigned space with the unit parking placard displayed. Please be aware that the garages at Palm Villas are relatively small and may not accommodate oversized vehicles. If you plan to have two cars, please notify us so that we can provide the unit parking placard for the second vehicle.

•No commercial or oversized vehicles, including moving trucks or trailers, may be parked on the premises overnight.

•Guest have access to pool, hot tub and fitness room

•Children 17 years and under are free when sharing room with parent(s) utilizing existing beds

•4-night minimum stay with six (6) person maximum

Check-In and Unit Access Information

There is no front desk on property. Guest check-in is at the Hawaii Vacation Condos by OUTRIGGER’s office located at the Kings’ Shops, 69-250 Waikoloa Beach Drive, Suite B13. Office hours are 9:00am-5:00pm daily. Guests arriving after 5pm must contact the office prior to arrival at kcc@outrigger.com or 808-886-0036 to receive important check-in instructions.

Check-in time is at 3:00 pm and check-out time is at 11:00 am
