Notre villa est meublée dans un thème d'île tropicale décontractée. Cette villa de 3 chambres est idéalement situé, à quelques pas de la piscine. Notre maison de style hawaïen est très grande, a un salon plafond de 10 pieds, et n'a personne au-dessus ou ci-dessous. Nous fournissons gratuitement WiFi haut débit, 3 téléviseurs à écran plat et un lecteur DVD. Dans notre cuisine bien équipée, vous pouvez grill poisson frais sur le marché local et même profiter de la ferme des fruits frais et des légumes du marché des fermiers de Kona à proximité. Préparer une tasse de 100% Kona café et profiter de la variété de restaurants de classe mondiale sur la côte Kohala.

Le Fairway Villas est un organisme privé, complexe privé dans l'exclusif Mauna Lani Resort. Il est sur la côte de Kohala avec les meilleures plages et les conditions météorologiques de la grande île. Well Stocked Condo

Our group of 7 enjoyed our stay at this condo. It is backed up against the pool area which was very convenient. Pool area hours 8a-9p. Hot tub/spa for those ages 8 and older. Short walk to Holoholokai Beach Park for sunsets and walking along the beach.Per the Fairmont Villas property, only 1 parking spot allowed per condo (garage not available for use). Our group of 8 had rented 2 cars and we ended up getting warnings on our cars, despite only about 30% of parking spaces being occupied. Lock pad at front door would be a great upgrade to the unit instead of 1 key.We had communication problems with the condo owner, but it was a glitch on VRBO and not the owners fault.The hallway walls going upstairs could use a good scrub or paint job.Overall we found this VRBO to be a great value and thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Perfect spot!

This condo is in the perfect spot! It is beside the pool, on the gate side, such that we could let the kids use the pool and still watch them from our lanai. And because we needed the key to get both in and out of the pool area, we could just throw it over the fence to whoever needed it at the moment. The HOA folks are friendly and accommodating, and there is easy parking. The one downside is the gym room, which is very small, has to be booked in advance, and can only accommodate one person or family at a time.

Perfection at its finest!

The house was exceptionally clean had everything you could think of to cook with or need. It is located right next to a grocery store that has absolutely everything you could possibly need as well. The pool and hot tub is right off the porch! The private beaches are a extra bonus. We would stay here again!

Property was acceptable, however, the master bath toilet leaked. We reported it the furst day we were there and it wasn't fixed until wr had one day left. We were forced to use the half bath toilet. I would think some sort of refund should be in orderThe entry key set up was very inconvenient. A door combination pad would be much better

Exactly as advertised

Very nice and comfortable property, Perfect for a family. It is a very quiet and low key community. It was nice to enjoy some quiet time away from the larger resorts. The private beach area was wonderful and we never had an issue getting chairs. Jim’s condo is fully stocked with all the necessary kitchen and beach items.

Great Stay in Mauna Lani

This was our third trip to the Big Island and third stay in Mauna Lani. The property was well appointed and had lots of great stuff for us to use at the beach to make things easier and more comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals and we loved being so close to the pool for nightly swims. One huge advantage of staying in Mauna Lani is access to the beach club, which we visited on three separate days during our stay. The snorkeling is fabulous and we love the protected cove. But it’s also close to some other great beaches. The owner left great instructions for us to get to the property and get in. Would definitely look to stay here again if we go back to Kona.

Had a great stay at Jim's place. Plenty of beach accessories, our baby was kept occupied both at the condo and on the beach, and a well stocked kitchen made our stay memorable. We will be back in the future!

We always look to stay in Mauna Lani on our Big Island trips and we may have found a new favorite condo and complex. Loved the pool- which is large and has a nice kiddie section as well as hot tub. The beach club really makes the vacation for us, because there's great snorkeling in a protected area for little ones. We enjoyed cooking in the well equipped kitchen. Beds, furniture, tv, linens were all comfortable and enhanced the stay.

Villa was gorgeous and right by the beautiful pool and awesome hot tub. Near a grocery store and amazing beaches within walking distance. Loved all the snorkeling, beach chairs and bookie boards at our disposable. Super attentive owner and loved our week long stay. Definitely coming back. ❤️ 🏝️ ❤️

Awesome property

Our group of 7 had an awesome time while in Big Island. Jim's condo is big, spacious, well equipped with pretty much everything you will need during your vacation stay and situated in a very good location. The interaction with Jim via Homeway email was fast and clear. Highly recommended!
