The modern kitchen features high-end stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and a spacious island with seating for four. A drip coffee maker, Keurig, and a fully stocked spice rack are provided for your convenience. The adjacent dining area includes a large wooden table that comfortably seats up to six guests—perfect for shared meals and celebrations with stunning views as your backdrop.

To maintain the peace of our neighborhood, we ask that you please follow all house rules, including strictly observing quiet hours and avoiding loud or late-night activities. No parties or large gatherings are permitted without prior approval. Please refer to your house rules and rental agreement for full details regarding noise policies and community expectations.



🔑 Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry.



☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.



⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late
