Welcome to Sukhasa Villa. A cozy open air villa with private plunge pool near Canggu. The Berawa Beach is 10 mins by motor bike. Space is open w/ outdoor patio. Kitchen is renovated and there is a dedicated working nook for you who wants to stay/work from home.

Premium TV (Netflix), WIFI, fridge, rice-cooker, oven, air fryer, clean towels, hair dryer, soap & shampoo are provided.

*Strictly no parties, we are in residential area with 10pm no noise regulation.
The space
I used to stay in this house so I have made few renovations to make it extra comfortable. The best thing about the house is the indoor-outdoor feature. There is a big sliding door separating the living room and the plunge pool which you can open/ close anytime you would like to have fresh air or protect yourselves from heavy rain.

My favorite thing to do in this house is to work or dine at the outside patio, you should try it as well!

If you are working from Bali, I have also created a dedicated working nook with a spacious table on top of the working desk in each room. WIFI is pretty fast, upload and download speed is >60MB.
Guest access
There is a private parking space just in the driveway outside the house. The house is inside a small complex, therefore is gated with 24hrs security. You will completely be safe& sound during your stay here.

Our check-in time is at 2:00 PM to ensure the space is perfectly prepared for your arrival.

2. What time is check-out?
Check-out is at 11:00 AM, allowing us time to ready the property for the next guests.

3. Can we store luggage if we arrive early?
Unfortunately, we don’t have storage space available for early arrivals. We recommend checking with local storage options nearby if you need to stow your luggage temporarily.

4. Is breakfast included?
Breakfast is not included with your stay. However, we’d be happy to recommend some wonderful local spots nearby!

5. Is housekeeping provided?
Yes, our housekeeping team will service the property every 2 days to ensure a comfortable and clean environment for your stay.

6. How often are towels changed?
In our commitment to eco-friendly practices, towels are refreshed once every 2 days. If you require additional towels, please feel free to let us know.

7. What is the maximum occupancy, and do you provide an extra bed?
Our property comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests. We do not provide an extra bed at this time.

8. Is there parking available?
Yes, we offer parking for 1 car or up to 4 motorbikes on the property.
