ESA are not service animals & follow pet rules. Service animals welcome but must be declared at booking & answer: 1) Is it required for a disability? 2) What work or task is it trained to perform? Pet stays over 5 nights require written approval & higher deposit. Unapproved pets/service animals will result in cancellation without refund.

Car, Uber and Lyft are the easiest forms on transportation. You can park under the car port ( 1 dedicated spot) or on the street.

- This house has two stories and a subfloor with stairs throughout
- Guests must walk up 12 exterior steps from the parking area to reach the front door
- One higher-than-average step connects the subfloor and main floor; a safety handle is provided
- Please watch your step and plan accordingly
