The space
This is a 6-unit condo building and each unit has it's own private balcony. This specific listing comprises of 3 of the 6 units. So in total your booking will include:

-3 Living Rooms
-3 Private Balconies
-3 Full Kitchens
-3 Washer/Dryers
-9 Bedrooms (each with a TV & closet)
-9 Full Bathrooms

We have a separate listing that can sleep up to 56 people (the entire building) or smaller listings for 6-20 people. Please ask us if you have a larger group or smaller group, and we can direct you to the other listings.

The building has 3 levels and there are 3 units on the east side and 3 units on the west side. Each side has an exterior entrance. There is no interior access between the east and west side.

Inside, each unit is thoughtfully designed with modern amenities, including a fully-equipped kitchen, high-speed Wi-Fi, and comfortable furnishings. Unwind in the spacious living area, enjoy a peaceful night’s sleep in the cozy bedrooms, and make the most of your stay with easy access to all the exciting spots in the area.

Guest access
There are 2 entrances to the building - one on the east side and one on the west side. Units 1, 3, and 5 are on the east side (road side) and Units 2,4, and 6 are on the west side (fence side). Free parking is on the north side of the building.
Other things to note
This is a 6 unit building near Downtown OKC. The property is located in an urban area. Occasionally you will see people walking around outside like in any other area near downtown. It is not considered an unsafe area of town, but the building is secured with a code to access the two exterior doors. Also, you'll be given a code to access your specific unit that is unique to your stay, so prior guests will not have the same code.

Many of the rooms are nearly identical; details such as window placements and views seen in the photos may not be exact. When accommodating larger groups, we cannot always guarantee that guests will all be on the same side of the building. Please inquire if you have questions!

Please be aware of the following potential fees:
- There is an additional fee PER PET.
- We offer a 1-hour early and late checkout for an additional $20 fee.
- Smoking indoors will result in an additional $500 cleaning fee.
- Lost items can be returned for a fee of $30.
- There is a fee of $100 for unauthorized late checkouts past 11.
- We have a "Minut" noise/ smoke monitor inside the property. Three notifications over 80 decibels will result in a $50 fee and we may ask your group to leave the property. These monitors are intended to help us detect parties, not to prevent a small group from having fun! And if you're bringing a baby or toddler and you're concerned about the noise monitor, don't be!
- Date change requests are subject to a $30 fee, along with the potential rate increase due to supply and demand for the date requested.
- automatically calculates the price based on the number of guests and pets that you select. If you enter in the wrong number of guests/ pets, then there could be additional charges.
