Guests do not have access to the St James Golf Clubs or Pools. The nearby Oak Island Golf Club is open to the public as is the nearby Carolina National Golf Club off of Hwy 211.
BEACH CLUB & POOL:
There is a beach club and pool available for your use at the St James Beach Club on Oak Island. The address is 100 SE 72nd St. Oak Island. You have access to the Beach Club and pool but unfortunately parking is limited as you will not have access to the St James resident parking lot. There is paid parking on the street out side of the Beach Club. If this parking is full, you will need to find alternative parking. Bathrooms are available for use at the Beach Club. A code is required to access the pool and bathrooms and this will be provided to you.
Pet Policy:
We’re happy to host dogs! Depending on the booking platform, the pet fee may not be included in your total and will be requested separately(airbnb is a seperate fee requested). A non-refundable $200 pet fee (up to 2 dogs, 80 lbs combined) is required and must be paid before check-in—access details will be sent once completed.
Maximum of 2 dogs. Unregistered pets will incur a $200 pet fee plus a $500 remediation fee.
Dogs must be up to date on vaccines and flea/tick prevention. No dogs on furniture or beds (additional cleaning fees may apply). Please bring a crate if needed; there is not one at the property.
Strictly no cats allowed.
Please note: There is ongoing construction within the condo complex. While we strive to keep our listing as up to date as possible, you may experience construction noise or see workers in the area during your stay. Please keep this in mind when booking, as this is outside of our control. We appreciate your understanding.
