St James Plantation In beautiful Southport awaits you! This perfect location condo has all you need for a relaxing and peaceful get away. This 1200 sq ft unit has 2 bedrooms, 2 baths , large living room with big screen tv, fully equipped kitchen and dining area . Screened in porch for southern breezes . This vacation spot is so close to all the wonderful amenities, Bedrooms are also large and beds are so comfortable !! Condo has its own pool, and there is also a private beach club with restrooms and salt water pool on Oak Island which is a short drive away . Take the ferry to Bald Island or Ft. Fisher Aquarium. St James plantation offers, walking trails, kayaking , biking , marina and Beacon 315 ,restaurant overlooking the marina !! (Open to all guests ) Enjoy the quaint town of Southport , shopping , antique shops, restaurants, art galleries , museums, and piers. Port City Wilmington is a short drive away .

Please note Condo is on Second Floor , no elevator , Staircase only
Private Beach Club and Restrooms are open all year
and located on Oak Island which is 9 miles from the condo
Pools are open May - October
Parking at Beach is available but suggest getting there early !!
As of May 2023 there is a fee to park at the beach
$20 for full day or less if you are staying a short time

Home was very welcoming and homely, everything you could possibly need was there and available!! The home had a room specifically set up for children which was so welcoming since having a little one with us. Very beautiful location . Highly recommend .

Beautiful property right on golf course with pool right nearby. Very clean with adorable decor. Host thinks of all the small details and necessities you may have forgotten. Only issue is for late check in you must make sure you enter at the main gate. Would definitely return!!!

This is the second time I’ve stayed at this condo. The hosts are wonderful and extremely responsive to any questions. The condo is very comfortable and well stocked. We especially love being able to use the St James club pool and bathroom on Oak Island. I look forward to staying here again!

St. James- Southport Getaway

We really loved the Condo. It was just as advertised. Very very easy check-in. We actually were able to get in a little early. Nice surprise!! Jeanette texted to let us know the condo was ready. The golf course was really beautiful! The condo is so big and roomy. I loved that there were 2 heat pumps!!! I burn up and Gary freezes. I had not been to Southport in about 25-30 years, and I was amazed!!! We ate lunch at recommended Fishy Fishy Cafe, and it was wonderful. The Bang Bang Shrimp Tacos are delicious!!! My only complaint was the temps, but the whole Eastern seaboard is experiencing above normal temperatures. So we have decided that we must go again in either the Fall or Spring. What an amazing place!!

This was a beautiful condo rented by my daughter and I. The beds were extremely comfortable and the rental family was very accommodating. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Wonderful Stay!

Condo has everything you need. I loved sitting on the porch overlooking the golf course. It is clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. The owners thought of everything and were very accommodating. It provided a great "home away from home".

Relaxing Family Vacation

Wonderful Condo

The condo was lovely, better than the pictures depicted! We had such a lovely time in Southport and this condo helped make it that way. There was plenty of room and amenities for my family, my husband, myself and our 2 teens. The condo was amazingly clean and very welcoming. Will definitely stay again if we find ourselves in the area.

Peaceful serenity getaway

A perfect getaway dont miss out. The host is wonderful and very easy to reach. The condo is just as described and was very peaceful. Close to downtown, the beach and in a great gated neighborhood. I would definitely revist. Thank you for providing a serene space for my daughter and i. We felt right at home and no hotel could provide the level of care you offer. Bless you.

We love sharing our love of the ocean, the beauty of St James plantation , and the quiet and solitude of those rare moments in life with you. We are semi retired and happy to have the opportunity to manage and own this wonderful property.
We enjoy the beach, swimming, going out to Southport to have lunch , dinner ,shopping. or just having some ice cream together.
Having guests at our condo and hearing back of the great time they have truly makes us happy that we have done a good job as your hosts !
