The house was in a great location. About 12 minutes to downtown and 15 minutes to the track. If you are looking for a house with a pool, then this checks all the boxes.

Had a great weekend in Ballston Spa! The house, pool and neighborhood were beautiful with lots to do nearby. Owner was quick to respond to any questions. Perfect place for a girls weekend!

Wonderful family getaway! Location was a short drive from racetrack, SPAC, and shopping area.

House was beautiful, clean, and everything we could have hoped for. Pool was absolutely amazing. Lauren was extremely accommodating throughout the entire process. Would definitely recommend this beautiful house for families!

Great stay

This house is in a very nice location and is very clean and well maintained. 15 minutes to the track. We had a wonderful time and the pool was perfection. We had a very hot stay and the pool was very much appreciated. We weren’t able to use the swing set or grill which was disappointing because it was in our plans with food the food we brought

So glad you enjoyed your time at our home! Unfortunately the drip pan didn’t arrive in time for your stay due to delays in the shipping process. The play set isn’t an added amenity on the rental because it’s being removed from the property. Have a great rest of the summer.

Property Manager is NOT good

The stay was great while we were there. Even though she had someone pick up a motorcycle from her garage while we were staying there and interrupting us to open the garage for him knowing she was not going to be home and have guests, it was fine while there. It was after the fact when we cleaned the place up and all of the sudden get a bogus notification saying we broker her pool and left a mark on a fire place we didn’t know was there. She also charged us for clogging her shower drain…we were there for 3 days. Magically these charges added up exactly to the security deposit. We know for a fact that we left the house in the same shape as when we first arrived. The owner is a liar and not a good host.

Over the last three years this is the ONLY negative review I’ve ever had. My property manager stated the home was left filthier than she’d ever experienced before adding two additionally hrs of cleaning than customary. This client and his party left the pool and liner destroyed needing repairs immediately. Upon return there was already 8 inches of water loss in the pool Thankfully the property had always been respected before this horrible experience.

Great location for Saratoga Springs Adventures!

House is wonderful, loads of great amenities and nicely decorated/appointed. Host was accommodating and friendly. Perfect spot for a group of friends or a family adventure, as a home base for local tourism, or just relaxing at the rental.

Girls Weekend

Back in the cold of March, I searched and searched for a large house with a pool and a grill. Since then, I have dreamed of the perfect weekend of no stress, lots of laughing, and drinking truly's in a donut in a pool. This house made my dreams come true. The pool was beautiful and warm, with the most comfortable chairs surrounding it. The grill was perfection. And when the weather chose not to cooperate, the house was stacked with board games to entertain us through a rainy day. We have the loveliest weekend and am already bookmarking for next year.

Beautiful house minutes from Saratoga Springs

We had another fantastic stay at this beautiful house, our second visit two summers in a row. Great location, just a short drive into Saratoga Springs, Downtown, the spa springs park, fantastic restaurants. House has a gorgeous and well maintained pool that is such a treat on hot days! Property owner is super sweet and responsive. I would definitely recommend.

This property was perfect for our groups long weekend getaway-the property was clean, just as described and pictured, and a perfect location to visit the track and many of the great restaurants in town. Fun weekend at the track

Our group stayed at Lauren's home for a long weekend during race season. The house is about a15 minute drive from downtown Saratoga and comfortably fit eight adults. We loved having the pool to relax and cool off in, and the backyard and deck were great hangout areas, although it does get a bit buggy at night so make sure to pack bug spray. The gas grill came in super handy as we cooked out most days. Overall it was a wonderful trip and Lauren was an incredibly responsive host.

Great home- lovely pool

Very much enjoyed the space, pool and backyard deck grill area was perfect. Keep in mind this is a family home in a subdivision- not a typical rental- so need to be respectful of the neighborhood. A bit of a drive to town but very quiet and peaceful area.

Perfect get away

The awesome pool, big backyard, and deck space were the highlights of our stay. It turned out to be the perfect change of scenery we needed during these challenging times. The house was clean and spacious for a family of four. A bit of a drive to Saratoga, but local shopping was close. Thank you!

Lovely house for a lovely week in Saratoga

Perfect house with immaculate pool for a nice week away. Easy access to everything the area has to offer, downtown Saratoga with its awesome restaurants, pubs and shops; great parks and scenic Saratoga Lake. The property owner was easy to get in touch with and everything was as promised! Definitely recommend!

Family get away

What a perfect, just perfect, home to go to - and especially during these crazy times. Lauren was easy to communicate with, the home was exactly as presented, the location/neighborhood/pool, firepit - all were terrific. We stayed 3 nights over a weekend and were thrilled. Highly recommend!

Great place for a Saratoga weekend

This house was great for our weekend at the track. The backyard and pool provided a great place for us to relax in the afternoons. Communication with the host was easy and Lauren was very responsive. All of the instructions were laid out upon arrival which kept communication to a minimum. We appreciate your place, Lauren, and can’t thank you enough.

Great Stay!

Lauren answered all questions promptly. The home and backyard are beautiful. We enjoyed a day at the races and downtown, which were close by, and a day relaxing by the pool. Great location.

AMAZING HOUSE AND HOST!

Just spent 3 days at this house for our trip to Saratoga and it was PERFECT for our group. Very close to Saratoga Springs - 10-15 minute drive. Even before booking, Lauren went above and beyond in terms of responding to my questions and accomodating us. The yard is huge and we had plenty of space for cornhole, can jam, etc. The fire pit set in the woods in the back of the yard made for a nice hang out spot a night around the fire. Lauren really made me look good to the group I was planning for! Everyone gave rave reviews. Lauren left detailed instructions for garbage, linens, and extras and even left out some extra blankets for us. During our stay there were 2 or 3 instances where I had to reach out with a question and she responded right away. I cannot say enough good things about this place and the great time we had. I will definitely be looking for this property when I am planning my next trip to Saratoga!

Lovely home and backyard

The home was lovely and suited our group of 10 satisfactorily. There was some confusion over bed linens, but Lauren communicated with us well and we were able to locate what we needed. We enjoyed the deck, bbq grill and fire pit and the kitchen had what we needed to prepare meals.

I would highly recommend staying here. Our trip was a blast, the house is perfect for large groups and the owner was extremely responsive and helpful leading up and during our stay!
