Charming Vintage Lakefront Cottage on Seneca Lake

Thank you for your feedback regarding your recent experience at our property. We were surprised to learn through VRBO, 3 days later, that you had checked out the day you arrived. We met you personally upon check in, and at no point were any concerns brought to our attention. Again, it was 3 days later through VRBO that we received your initial complaint and requested a refund. Your initial complaint via VRBO was that pictures on the website were inaccurate. One week later to the day you arrived we were made aware of your specific concerns on your review of our place. Had you reached out to us at the time of check in or shortly thereafter to communicate your dissatisfaction we would have gladly worked with you to resolve the issue and perhaps a refund. We take guest concerns seriously and are willing to find fair and timely solutions. We believe the matter should have been handled at the beginning of your stay. Unfortunately, due to the timing of your request, we are unable to offer a refund.
