Enjoy exclusive access to your own private dock, perfect for boating, fishing or just taking in the picturesque views of the lake. The dock is a great starting point for your aquatic adventures and adds a touch of luxury to your stay. The water depth at the end of the dock is 8 feet, while it is 3 feet deep 20 feet from the end of the dock. At a distance of 30 feet from the end of the dock, the water is 2.5 feet deep. On the east side of the dock, there is a space 12 feet wide between the dock and the pilings. Additionally, a 30 Amp, 120 Volt plug is available by the dock. We have trailer parking options for you if bringing a boat. Please contact us for details.

Take advantage of the sandy beach, ideal for swimming or sunbathing. The clear waters of Spring Lake invite you to dive in and cool off, while the soft sand is perfect for lounging and soaking up the sun.

The expansive deck is equipped with a gas grill and a dining table, making it the perfect spot for outdoor dining. Gather with family and friends to enjoy delicious meals while overlooking the tranquil lake setting. The deck is also a wonderful place to unwind with a book or a glass of wine as you watch the sunset.

Inside, you'll find 2 cozy gas log fireplaces that add warmth and ambiance to the living spaces. Perfect for cool evenings, the fireplaces create a welcoming atmosphere for relaxation and comfort.
