This waterfront home has all the amenities for living the lake life, including two 40-foot permanent docks, a large yard with ample space for yard games, outdoor dining and breath taking views of Muskegon Lake! This newly renovated 1,300 square foot ranch includes three bedrooms, an updated full bath with skylight. Large living space flows into the wonderful kitchen with bar seating and dining area. Plan a vacation you'll never forget at this Muskegon Lakefront property. No steep steps to get to the water!
Our home is equipped with everything you'll need to spend a few nights or even a week or two. Close to marinas, the lakefront business area restaurants, Muskegon country club and golf course, as well as bars and shops. Spend a day at the beach or rent a bike and take advantage of the beautiful bike trails of Muskegon

Great little place right on the water. Everything was very clean and quiet. The only complaint is that you shouldn’t ask your guests to strip the bedding or do laundry.

Very clean and nice area to sit near the water under pergola. Short walk to the pier and lighthouse at Lake Michigan. Good lake in the morning to do stand-up paddleboarding. Very peaceful and relaxing visit. Beautiful sunrises over Muskegon Lake.

Perfect Spot!

The house was very clean and communication with the Property Owner was easy. The yard and view alone warrant spending time at the property, and Perre Marquette Beach is only a few minutes away. Perfect location for a summer getaway!

It was a beautiful property and everything was as described. My kids were able to fish off the dock early in the morning and we were close enough to head to the beach nearby during the day. They had all the beach supplies needed, which was much appreciated! We enjoyed the space and would definitely go back!

Amazing property

The house was fantastic - clean, airy, bright and actual quite spacious for its size (more than I was anticipating based on photos). But the dock area was the highlight- perfect place to watch the scenery, swim around, and generally sit and enjoy each other’s company. Could not have asked for better.

Fantastic location, great views, amazing hospitality!

This house was exactly what we were looking for! Right on Lake Muskegon and a 5 minute drive/16 mile walk to Lake Michigan. Historic area, ice cream stand close by, cute grocery/liquor store nearby. The house literally had everything we needed from extra fluffy towels, kitchen supplies, a wagon with beach chairs if we wanted to use and fire wood for the outdoor fire pit. We enjoyed coffee on the dock in the morning and wine in the evening. Have already inquired about booking again next year:)

Thank you for your kind review. I appreciate your commenting on the closeness to the beach. It truly is a perfect location where you are on Muskegon Lake and in such close proximity to Lake Michigan and the beach. In your review you said 16 mile walk to the beach, I think you meant 16 minutes. Correct?

We stayed here in late June. The property was beautiful. Amazing location! The dock is on Muskegon lake, and it's about a 10 minute walk to the Lake Michigan Beach as well! There is a small grocery store about a 3 minute drive or 10 minute walk away as well. A few restaurants nearby, lots more 10 or 15 minutes drive away. The cottage is very well appointed, the owners have thought of basically everything! The owner was also very quick with communication. Wonderful stay!

Relaxing

The home is located at a beautiful spot right on Muskegon Lake. The sound of the water and noise from the Lake is refreshing. You are for away from the normal noise of your everyday life. With a beautiful and large beach on Lake Michigan not even 5 minutes away it makes this an ideal spot for a family vacation. Michigan Adventure is only 25 minutes down the road. My family had a wonderful time.

Great Lake Getaway

Stayed at the property with my family over a holiday weekend and we had a great time. Home was clean and appeared to be recently remodeled. The early mornings and sunsets looking out on Lake Muskegon were my favorite. Nice fire pit and plenty of firewood along with a clean propane grill. Property is right on Lake Muskegon and about a 15 min walk to Lake Michigan. Day trips to Grand Haven and Holland are very easy. I would recommend this property for a family looking to spend a long weekend on the water. The only cons are that there is only one bathroom. Not a massive deal but prepare to do some shuffling in the mornings and evenings. Biggest issues was an incomplete fence on the left side of the property which led to the neighbors dogs using the backyard as their bathroom and they didn’t care. Dogs were always off-leash and came did their business in the yard leading me to have to clean it up.

Great property! 10 minute walk to Lake Michigan. House was clean, updated, and had everything we needed. The only reason we wouldn't stay again would be because I would want a place with 2 bathrooms for 6 people but for 4 people it's perfect!
